All the staff, coaches, and other members make it a very welcoming and inclusive environment. The classes are always different and everyone, no matter what their fitness level can do it. I'm thankful OTF was able to motivate me out of my pandemic induced summer slumber!

What I like best about the workout is the class structure, I like that we rotate to three stations because it forces me to stay engaged. I also love the heart monitoring aspect because it allows me to push myself; I really like getting my stats info too.
Additionally, I love having a coach, especially Tiffany; she is motivating, prepared, knowledgeable, and intuned with the team. She knows our names, she encourages us to push ourselves, she is present, and I love when she is my coach. I also enjoy Colleen's classes, she has great energy and provides lots of encouragement.
Overall, the Orange Theory staff members have been personable and attentive.

I love that I have to schedule the class. It holds me accountable and the 8 hour window forces me to go and not loose a class. Coaches are awesome and always so positive and friendly.

OTF workouts are thee most efficient HR-based HIIT in the planet. Every 45-60 minute workout challenges the entire body with endurance, power, & strength. Between the fast paced ever changing exercises coupled with highly motivating music and coaching, the time flies by so fast, I say OTF workouts are done in the fastest hour on the planet. But my most favourite thing about OTF is the post-workout benefits: he rush of endorphins and the 36-hour after burn of calories makes it easy to keep my weight, BMI, and body composition (% muscle / skeletal vs. % body fat) in excellent health zone at a level that maintains my competitiveness in triathlon racing. Thanks OTF!

I like the high intensity level, cardio based workouts. I feel it has increased my energy levels, and raised my self esteem.
I don't have to think. You demonstrate, instructions clear. Coaches help with form.

I love that someone is there telling me what to do and when. The coach also helps correct technique and just encourages me during the workout. It's fast paced and before I know it I'm done!!

The coaches are amazing! So motivating and so helpful! And the office staff is so friendly! I also love the diversity and variations in each workout! I leave every workout knowing I worked hard!
Great coaches, variety of workouts
It's challenging but accessible. Since you switch up the exercises so much you never get bored and it makes it feel like its doable. Maybe you don't think you can run a mile, but you can run for 2 minutes and jog for 30 seconds and before you know it, you ran a mile. The endorphins don't suck either.
The different stations, the coaches, floor workouts
I love how the workout is tailored to strengthening the heart and how that benefits the rest of the body in return. I also love that workout is truly meant for all fitness levels. I have nothing to compare it to because I never had a workout like this before nor have I ever been so motivated and determined. I'm healthier and more fit now at age 35 than I was at age 21.I also LOVE the community we've created here in Monroe. I have friends and parents my age, my fitness level and above. There's no judgement just empowerment. The staff and coaches are truly amazing and OTF has been my saviour during this pandemic. I love OTF and couldn't imagine my life without it.
