The mix of rowing, treadmill, and resistance is the full workout I'm looking for, and it makes the hour go by very quickly. The equipment and facility is also very clean and functional.
What I like about Orangetheory Fitness is everything! They keep in contact with you to see if your joining classes and coming to workout. You don’t know what class your taking only the coach that you will be working with. It’s about personalization and holding yourself accountable not just joining snd leaving the rest up to you. They make it fun, challenging and keep you motivated from the beginning to the end of each class! So glad I joined!!
It's intense as the participant wants it to be. Each workout is calibrated to produce the best results. Each station is carefully blended with a variety (speed, endurance, strength, flexibility, agility) of worthwhile exercises and calisthenics. The people - staff and members - are enthusiastic, motivated, friendly, and fun. I like what Orange Theory has done for my fitness level and body.
I like everything about OTF in Albany. Workouts are effective and staff is lovely. Would like more 60 minute classes.

The classes are strenuous, but set up in a way that is doable. The different segments breakup the session and just when I think I can't do more that portion ends.
I think it is the variety of workouts and my two favorite cardio machines.instructions and instructors very easy to follow I am still new and have yet to try 45 minutes weight but think that will be exactly what I need to get stronger snd stay in shape. Prefer two sessions a week between 10 and 2 if possible in fall!
