Everything!!! From the SA’s, to the manager and Coaches to the workouts themselves and the community!!! I am totally addicted and look forward to my workouts everyday. I had been a member of other gyms in the past and I have a Peloton at home, but OTF is by far the best gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and approachable to ask any questions, they know our goals and keep us on track. You don’t get that anywhere else! Best decision I ever made was to join and from the first class I took, I was addicted!!

I believe in the concept that Ellen Latham promotes. I have now been a member at three OTFs (Cape Coral, FL; Asheville, NC; and, now Clifton Park, NY), and all of the coaches & administration teams have been amazing in helping me stay on track towards my individual goals while motivating me to continue to 'shift my momentum' to the next level. Most gym-goers have to design their own workout and how to get it done -- and hopefully not do the wrong exercise or in the wrong order or intensity or reps or sets...Orange Theory Fitness takes all of the guess-work out of how to accomplish my own goals and I can accomplish it all in a 60-90 minute class AND no two classes are the same! Before, GETTING to the gym was the hardest part, but I'm motivated every time I get in my car to go!! I am 54 years young and have used the concept & classes at OTF to prepare my body & mind for my successful Appalachian Trail thru-hike last year, and continue to use it to prepare for next year's thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail!!..and when that's done...I'll be back at another OTF to finish the Triple Crown with the Continental Divide Trail the following year to be one of only 525+ to thru-hike all 3!! #MoreLIfe

What do I like? Everything. The coaches and staff are excellent, the workouts are challenging and inspire members to make the effort. I can't imagine training anywhere else.

I like that you have a trainer that pushes you even when you don't have the energy. The location is convenient for me, and I enjoy the people that attend. I wish they had more coaches to choose from, so you have more options to choose from. With only (2) during the week it limits the days you can attend when you have a ful lmembership.

I love how fast paced the classes are! The total body workout that you get from the class is not like any other workout I’ve tried before. Everything moves so fast that you don’t have time to compare yourself to anyone around you or feel like the hard parts are dragging on.
