What do you like about our workout?

It is a full body workout and we do exercises and weight lifting that I would not know how to do on my own. I like that the coaches encourage you to push yourself.

Workout is complete and rigorous. Coaches are great, Lianne and Liz especially at the Woodrow location.

What do you like about our workout?

Coach’s are energetic, very enthusiastic and encourage you to achieve your fitness goals. Counter/sales stuff very helpful and always have the members interest. The orange theory workout routines are very good, changing the fitness training to get the otimal into the hour. Also creative motivation events to assit members in their fitness goals and keep them signing up for additional classes.

Intense workouts to get your day going. I am not one who enjoys working out, but the variety of exercises makes the time fly by.

What do you like about our workout?

Everything! Different type of strength training everyday and between the treadmill and rower, I always get my cardio in for the day. I also love that the routines are all set up. I don't have to plan it on my own.

What do you like about our workout?

I am challenged every class! I'm runner and I'm frequently in training for a race, so I love that running on the treadmill is a part of every class. It allows me to do some speed work while also getting a great strength workout.
