The girls at the Front Desk were amazing. They exemplify Customer Service. The instructor/trainer whatever they are called, Mike was really great. He had a great playlist and he showed the floor exercises well. I was visiting from out of town but I am from Albany NY and have been singing this locations praises since.

The workouts are intense and never boring! I love the variety and the challenge. The music is on point and the coaches are amazing! OTF pittsford is a great place and of course I would highly recommend it to friends and family--and I have!
It's baddass. It's a positive atmosphere. A great use of one hour...fit-n in a great cardiovascular exercise event quickly.

It's different every time and very challenging
Love the interval training! It's different everyday. The coaches are so motivational during the workouts. I feel challenged in every class to push myself! They also provide great information on diet and nutrition. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to meet with people one-on-one! I know I would never work as hard by going to the gym myself. In a 55 minute workout I burn 500 cal. I would never do that on my own! Love OTF!
