The intervals and variety within the hour. Makes the time fly and for me is more attainable - certainly it pushes you to do more.

What do you like about our workout?

That you never repeat a workout - different muscles are being worked every class and I am always pushed to move out of my comfort zone, whether on the treadmills or on the weight floor.

The energy of the coaches is what keeps the motivation high - no matter how tired I feel walking in - - - there's no turning back, and no choice but to give it my all once in those doors.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it feels different almost every time even if it isnt. The amount of positive energy the coaches have feeds over to me doing the class. I have fun while getting a full body workout in. This workout has made me confident in doing things i never thought I'd be able to do (hiking some local mountains solo) . There's nowhere else to get the type of workout in 60 minutes that i get here.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are organized, supervised, and complete. The only limitations are those imposed by the individual. I can't help feeling that I accomplished something healthy and beneficial when I leave an Orange Theory workout.

I like the interval training. I love the motivation from the trainer and the people in the class. This is definitely different from any workout I have done in the past. I will recommend Orangetheory to everyone I know.

Coaches are super inspiring and pushing to "leave it all on the treatmill". Love every single workout . Leave the studio with a huge smile in my face feeling good and energize.

What do you like about our workout?

I really enjoy the pre-programmed workouts. I am a self motivated person but it seems nice to have someone give me a workout that I don't have to think about it. Especially in the weight room.I feel i am working parts of my body that I may have otherwise neglected. The coaches are becoming more familiar with me personally and give me tips on form with rowing and weights. There is also a lot of energy in the room. It's a lot of fun to see familiar faces. I like the heart rate monitor on the screen. It really helps me to know when to push or pull back so that I am working in the proper zones.

I love the happy faces that greet me when I walk in the door at 6 am!

Got super sweaty, the workout really pushed my limits. Perfect for people of all fitness levels because you can adjust speed, weight, and intensity.
