Different workouts, very early class schedules, music, coach motivation, cleanliness, friendly staff, and location.

What do you like about our workout?

Group exercise always keeps the work out interesting, but the trainer's motivation sets OTF apart from the rest. The intensity can be whatever you choose, based on the monitor screen.

What do you like about our workout?

All workouts are designed to target every muscle group of your body. In addition, all exercises are modified by our coaches and you will NEVER find the same workout! OrangeTheory has changed my life forever in more ways than one can imagine! I’d rather pay $6.25 a day (The price if s cup of coffee and less than a pack of cigarettes) than pay high prices for junk food!

It is very structured (which I love) and your instructors are excellent!!! I have never had such intense workouts and I feel so good when I leave.

Coaches are motivating. Members are supportive. Staff is very helpful. It’s a very efficient hour. I love it there. I’ve never before enjoyed a gym and it’s been 1 year for me. There is always a modification. As well as the coach encouraged me to try a little harder. The exercises definitely agree with my body. I’m never injured. And actually it healed my 6 year chronic hamstring injury. Thank you OT
