Workouts are never the same and they go by quick! Staff is excellent and they make the environment comfortable. Love this place!
I love the treadmill portion...It's really energizing and I feel like I push myself way more than I would if I was working on my own.
I wish there was more time for modifications on the weight floor part
I love the structured workout with the personal trainer. also that it changes everything I go so I never get bored with it and it works all parts of your body. It has changed my life. I've never felt better!
High intensity, done in an hour, trainers to push you, variation of workout, ability to burn 500+ calories in one class...need I say more?
Each workout is different and challenging in its own way!! The coaches are motivational and know just the right ways to push you to your all out limits!

The personality and encouragement of the instructors makes it really enjoyable to challenge myself. Add to that the unique workouts and I'll never say I'm bored at the gym!

I loved the versatile workouts that keep you intrested and wanting more. The instructors are motivating and push you to keep going even when you think you can't anymore. Loved the vibe and music. My only complaint is their prices which I feel are pretty steep.

Awesome atmosphere with loud music and good energy. Great staff members and trainers. Love the gym equipments and heart mometer! And of course the amount of sweat and calories burned in one hour is amazing!!!!
