It’s a fun workout. Coaches are motivating and keep you engaged. I love that I’m getting cardio strength and stability workouts all in one session. The music is great too!!

I really like the strength work out. I think coach Gregg is awesome and motivates as well as gives instruction on getting the most out of the work out

I enjoy the mix of cardio and weightlifting for class. I walk out of my workout feeling accomplished because I was able to incorporate both.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how organized it is, and how I am being told what to do to increase my heart rate. It takes to guess work out. I get such a great workout and feel fantastic after! Love those splat points, it keeps me motivated.

I love that no two days are the same, the class has a structure, and the coaches are always around to motivate/push you and correct form. The music is an extra mood/energy boost and what really makes you forget about the outside world for the hour you’re in OTF is the no phone rule! Its the hour all about me & my goals.

What do you like about our workout?

Both MK and Katie made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. MK kept the class upbeat and the hour flew by!! Katie was able to answer all of my questions about pricing and she was understanding that I had to talk it over with my boyfriend before committing to OT. It only took me till Monday to call her and sign up. I took my second class the next day! She set up my heart rate monitor and when I left the class she let me know if I have any questions to call! I am not a morning person but so far MK’s coaching makes me excited to get up at 4am for first class of the day!

What do you like about our workout?

The motivation, the constant cheering on to “hold on to it”, the awesome coaches and warm and friendly staff. Love that every workout is different and continuously challenging. Love the attention and check ins by the coaches to ensure you
are doing things correctly, as well as every now and then some name call outs recognizing our hard work!

What I like about it the most is that it works with my schedule. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. Coach Julia is excellent as she takes time to demonstrate each workout and provides feedback as needed.
