I enjoy the Orange Theory workout at a whole. I fell like I get alot out of it. The differences in each individual location is evident though. While in Boca Raton the members of the class would come in, find their treadmill or spot on the floor, and do some light warm ups. Usually walking on the treadmill, stretching, or light rowing. While in Nanuet everyone just stood there. It seemed like they were waiting for the instructor to tell them it was time to get moving. I see your instructors as motivating and structuring tools but the initial jump into the workout is dependant on the individual taking the class. Those who are eager to get in and work will probably get more out of it. Those who wait around seemed to be dreading the impending workout and were holding out until the last possible moment.
Again it is not to say there is a problem with the workout or the instructor/coaches but more so the people taking the class. If there was a way to get them engaged prior to what start they may benefit more.

I love the Orange theory work out ! I was another gym and had a private trainer before OT and I can truly say that I never worked out this hard in my life ! I love how the trainers push me to my highest level... Plus, the staff and trainers are so friendly and encouraging .... You have my vote !!! OT rocks !!!
High intensity work outs that you can modify on your own. Fun to encourage people on equipment next to you. Enjoy every work out and look forward to my next class. Burning calories while I sleep. Get into that Orange zone

Always different, I feel like I am always getting a good workout in, even if I don't feel well or are tired

I like the balance of cardio and weight training, and for sure the attention paid to me by the trainer and staff. I only took one class so far, Kevin was so nice, very informative and made me feel comfortable.
I love the workouts! I look forward to coming every time. I would like a little more stretching at the end though.
In order to maximize my time I need direction at the gym- that's what Orange theory gives me. It's a personal training experience but affordable plus the small group environment motivates me and makes me feel supported. The variation within class and from day to day keeps it interesting and effective- there's always a new challenge and I don't feel bored or that I'm plateauing. The feedback my heart monitor gives me pushes me throughout class and to keep coming back.

Love the mix..treadmill, rowing, floor exercise. The coach taking students thru levels of intensity to maximize workouts as well as digital tracking of each persons's numbers are great motivators.
The coaches really motivate everyone
