Very friendly and helpful trainers and staff. Can exercise at your own pace. Not as intimidating as a gym.
Feel better after class and helps the entire day.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety at OT. It's generally a great work out. Almost all of the trainers are fantastic and are great motivators. It's awesome for those who get bored working out at a gym. However, I do not like the 3G classes- they feel like an accident (and perhaps law suit) waiting to happen.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that everyday is different. The coaches push you to go beyond what you would normally do by yourself. The challenges push you out of your comfort zone. There is no judgement, so if you are having an off day and would rather walk, you can. I love that I saw changes in my own body within a month and I know feel comfortable in clothes I was not comfortable in a few months ago. Each coach is unique and brings something special to each workout. Everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk in the door.

What do you like about our workout?

I really love OTF a lot. I've been taking classes for years back to when I lived in NYC. Barry's Bootcamp was always my favorite, but I think OTF is better.

What I like is the consistency of the workouts - it's always hard.

It's always different and never the same which means I never get bored and always feel challenged.

Very good vibe within the studio and the other members.

The heart rate monitor and board is the game changer. I trained with an HRM years ago and then stopped and forgot how effective it is when I started at OTF. It really forces you to push yourself and shows you just how hard you may or may not be working.

Staff is super friendly, accommodating, and reasonable which gives it the family feel and thus ultimately deepens the client loyalty.
