What do you like about our workout?

Everything! The interval training on the treadmill is intense. I love mixing it up with rowing and personal training. And I love seeing my hard-work results up on the board. I feel high after each class. AWESOME workout.

Always changing. Like the heart rate monitor aspect of the workout to measure your calories burned, etc.

It's a full 60 minutes, high energy, loud music, full body work out.
I used to have a personal trainer - I tell all my friends "OTF is way better than a trainer" for all those reasons above!
All the coaches that I have had so far were all awesome and great motivators!!

What do you like about our workout?

I really love taking my class there. I am a member at another location in MA and was great to visit. One suggestion is that the teacher should know how to model the exercices properly. I took this class with a woman, (maybe her name was Stephanie?) Very bad form which made my skin crawl as I watched her. Also, she did not let people know what type of day it was. So for example, I knew it was a Strength day, only because I saw the low reps, but she modeled the exercises with 5 lb weights, and the rest of the class started using the light weights, even the men. I know that the location is new so I hope that the little kinks get worked out. I love OTF and will continue to go regardless but I find that it will be something that would be more helpful for current members.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety and that it happens in only 1 hour. Also, having the trainer there to ask questions is perfect for me. And lastly, I'm only challenging myself, not competing with everyone. LOVE this work out! Thank you.

What do you like about our workout?

Variety....combo of cardio and resistance. I push myself harder here than in a regular gym. Love the crossfit WOD style also. Love the heart monitors.
