It includes cardio and strength training and I feel like I don't need to add any other exercise to my routine besides orange theory.

I like that the workouts are different every time and that you can really make it your own depending on your fitness level and how you feel that day.
The instructors, staff and other members are all extremely welcoming.

Your trainers are supportive and helpful. Intensive workout. Love the morning sessions. Music keep me pumped. Friendly staff. I look forward in attending classes.

It is the fastest 60 minutes of working out there is. The coaches work to make sure that every workout is safe and effective and you leave feeling accomplished.

Everything! The coaches. They are motivating, fun, point out how to improve form with weights, etc.
The staff at the front desk. They are kind and make an effort to remember you name.
Having modifications for exercises when you have medical limitations.
Challenging yourself when watching the OT board.

What do you like about our workout?

The variety and how beat up I feel afterward. Always feels like a rewarding and interesting workout. Also I love data - so having my heartrate monitor is addicting.
