After an Orangetheory workout I leave knowing the work I just put in doesn't end there. I know I will continue to burn throughout the day which adds so much value to my workouts. The instructors are high energy and do a great job of keeping moving & motivated, while the music keeps me pumped!

Orange Theory is a great balance between cardio, HIIT, and strength training. The workout is always varied and high energy. Love it!
I like the variety. The programs are constantly changing and are challenging. The staff is helpful and they encourage people without making them feel humiliated. I have only attended 2 classes so far but I am looking forward to the third and beyond. My only criticism so far is the lack of classes offered during the day.

It's actually fun to workout at OTF. I NEVER thought I would say that about any form of exercise! The hour flies by and it's always interesting. It's like having your own personal trainer every single time you work out.
