What do you like about our workout?

After an Orangetheory workout I leave knowing the work I just put in doesn't end there. I know I will continue to burn throughout the day which adds so much value to my workouts. The instructors are high energy and do a great job of keeping moving & motivated, while the music keeps me pumped!

What do you like about our workout?

Orange Theory is a great balance between cardio, HIIT, and strength training. The workout is always varied and high energy. Love it!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety. The programs are constantly changing and are challenging. The staff is helpful and they encourage people without making them feel humiliated. I have only attended 2 classes so far but I am looking forward to the third and beyond. My only criticism so far is the lack of classes offered during the day.

The workouts are different and I actually sweat and it's very rare I sweat. I also feel amazing afterwards.

What do you like about our workout?

I like being able to push myself using the Orangetheory formula. It's so easy to workout on your own and not really get into a fat burning zone.
Music is great! Never leave feeling like you didn't get a great workout!

I like the intensity, I like that I always leave sweating a lot, and I love that it's all done within an hour and not longer.

Organized, effective and delivers results. I love how the trainers motivate us to do our best and I'm grateful that I joined.

What do you like about our workout?

It's actually fun to workout at OTF. I NEVER thought I would say that about any form of exercise! The hour flies by and it's always interesting. It's like having your own personal trainer every single time you work out.
