I like that the OT workout is consistent in the sense that I can expect to burn approximately 450 calories (for me, anyway) each time I go. I also like the diversity of exercises and the pacing; it doesn't get boring, it doesn't waste time, and it doesn't give me a whole lot of time to think about whether or not I want to do X thing...I just do it. I also think the floor staff at the UWS location is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Most of the coaches are great too. (They're all friendly, some seem a little better than others in terms of managing pacing and communicating instructions.)
A couple of suggestions: 1) sometimes the music/coach microphone is just a little too loud--it's actually painful to the ears. I like loud music, but every once in a while it seems a bit much; 2) I really hope you expand the class schedules, especially on the weekends, where it's very difficult to get a spot unless you reserve well in advance; 3) I think it's expensive for what it offers. Furthermore, I think the pricing options are a bit rigid--I haven't found a deal that actually fully suits my needs; 4) I really hated having to buy the heart rate monitor. It would have actually dissuaded me from signing up because I was so opposed to the idea, but one of the wonderful staff members worked something out for me. Still, I think you ought to just offer them as part of the package to whoever shows up for class that day. 5) Finally, it might be nice, particularly in the UWS location which is relatively tight on space, if members could enter the workout room before the class starts, to stretch or walk, or whatever. I say this because we end up standing in a really tight corridor and clustering around the lockers, getting in each other's way. It's kind of awkward. Anyway, that's a small point, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

I like the mixture of cardio and weights. I like the fact that I have to show up once I sign up. As a post to a regular gym where nothing forces me to show up.

It’s like a gym and a personal trainer in one. Someone whose not very gym friendly can learn a lot about form at a fraction of the price.

Full body workout done in an hour. The availability of viewing your heart rate on the TV and ipad-size (treadmill) helps you focus and push “all out” to crushed your goal.

love that it's interval based so the class moves quickly. I like the combo of cardio and strength training. I love that it's relative to what you can do. I like that no class is the same. The heart monitor helps me get real time feedback on how I'm doing throughout the workout. I've been doing it every 3-4 times per week since Jan 1 and am excited that i've noticed a positive difference in how I look and feel.

Great facility, friendly staff. Terrific coaches. I've taken Orangetheory classes at lots of different studios, and the head trainer/coach, Dominic, is one of the best.
That every day is different and throughout the hour, there are so many different exercises that I never get bored. The time flies and I see results! I also love tracking my progress throughout the hour (both calories burned and the green/orange/red levels). I think it’s great that the coaches are always there to make sure my firm is correct.
I like that it's an athletic workout and you can track your progress based on true data points. It's always an energetic atmosphere and I feel so strong and powerful during and after the workout.

Great strength workout today and cardio great as usual.
I loved the strength training! Really fun work out with Oliver. I liked the weighted lunges, squats, resistance bands, sit ups and bear crawl. I felt like I worked my whole body and felt energized after class.

I dropped in from Houston Heights OTF during a business trip to NY. Process of booking the drop in was really easy over the app and Coach Mark was very welcoming and coached a great class.
