Cardio based and then weights on top!
I love how it’s always changing and never the same. I like the combination of treadmill, row, weights, abs etc. I could never come up with these workout plans on my own at a gym! It’s also nice to know that you’re not alone - group workouts are encouraging

Workouts are constantly changing so the workouts never get dull or boring. Coaches are very good at explaining workouts and giving in the moment coaching tips. The music also really helps to keep me motivated during workouts.

There are many things i love about it...first- i love the front desk staff (UWS location), how friendly they are and how they know/greet you when you walk in the door. As for the workout, i loved how quickly I could see results. And, i love the feeling when you leave- like you REALLY worked out. During the workout itself, the coaches are great and motivating and i also love that it's customized to your own pace/strength.
Orangetheory is hands down the best gym concept every. I’m addicted. I want to go, I want to work super hard and I get results. It’s never boring.
It’s different every single day but always a full body workout and always a mix of strength and cardio. I don’t have to think about how to structure my workouts, I just go and follow instructions. I like that I can adjust my intensity with each workout depending on how my body feels each day. It’s easy to push myself and not feel like I’m dying. I am faster and stronger- objectively. The coaches correct my form and give positive feedback when I have good form or work really hard. The classes always start on time and end on time. The shower rooms, bathrooms, gym are always clean. The times work well for my schedule. The staff are friendly.
Team and trainer was amazing. Very welcoming and Trevor’s class definitely gets you going!

Fantastic coaches who are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. They are clear in their instructions and won’t hesitate to give personal attention if someone is struggling or needs a workout adjusted. Extremely motivating at all times, it’s always a pleasure to come to class.

The coaches are stellar! They help you individually and are paying attention to your class performance. They help you progress, with supportive coaching skills. It is the best part of the day. Thank you Kelsey, Jess, Trevor, Angela and Chelsea.
Studio was very spacious, in particular for Manhattan. Staff was very helpful as well.
Orangetheory is the best workout. The UWS facility is always spotlessly clean, the front desk crew are warm and welcoming and the coaches are professional, caring and trained. Every workout is different, but there are never surprises and you are never put into a position where you might jeopardize your health. For me, the biggest proof of success is my recovery time. This is the number of minutes for my heart rate to recover to the Green Zone after working out in Orange or Red. I am constantly seeing improvement in this recovery interval. While Orangetheory is a franchise, each trainer brings their own personality and nuance to every class. There is a real feeling of comradery among the participants.

I like the structure of classes - and I consistently get a really great workout. The HR monitors are a nice touch and help me to push myself a little harder to earn those splat points. Instructors are great and help inspire.
It is a great alternative to marathon training. Strength building and good new exercises
I love the variety and the intensity of the workouts. I will consistently run on my own, but I won’t challenge myself like I’m challenged at OTF. And I definitely won’t consistently do weights on my own!

I like the motivation from the coaches and that I never know what to expect when I come since each class is different.
All around energy in the class. Hits all areas in one hour cardio, strengthening and of course plenty of abs. I always leave feeling energized
Really energetic and really forces you to workout at your own pace. Love it and love seeing my body change. Only recommendation is to add more reggeaton or spanish music.
