What do you like about our workout?

Staff was positive, encouraging and accommodating. Our transportation got hung up and we arrived only 5 min before first class. Despite this, the staff got us through the induction quickly and we started the workout only a few min late.

What do you like about our workout?

always different and challenging.

Would love a 6:30pm class option on some nights. very hard to make the 6:00PM and 7:30 is late. Can you have an alternating schedule??

I like the idea behind orangetheory fitness and it seems to be a good workout. I had a few hiccups with my monitor, but overall was a good class.

It's the hardest workout I've ever done! I feel so accomplished when I'm done. I recommend it to everyone who asks what I do for workout...and even those who don't.

What do you like about our workout?

Everything! OTF trainers are amazing, the classes are always different, and I don't feel like I am in a competition with anyone when I train. Definitely love the heart-rate monitor so I know when I can push a little harder or when I have to slow down.

Great instructor who motivated all of us and kept us accountable, the workout was a nice combination of strength training and cardio + teamwork!

I like the balance between cardio and strength. The heart monitor inspires me to push harder. I do wish the locker rooms were a little cleaner and nicer.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the studio, the variety in the exercises and the intensity of the workout. Plus the instructors were amazing. Charlie in particular who sacrificed part of his first day teaching a class (alongside Ian) to make sure that I was ok.

Anyone can do it. It can be tailored to anyone's activity level and ability.
