What do you like about our workout?

Heart Rate driven workout. Mix of treadmill, rowing, and floor exercises. Love the music! Motivating! For me, it's about weight loss & muscle tone, not muscle mass development - your workout hits my sweet spot!

What do you like about our workout?

I was worried because I was having trouble breathing toward the end that the instructor would continue to push me or yell at me in some capacity. The instructor, Brandon, quickly recognized the condition I was in and really helped me stay comfortable, but continued working out. I'm really thankful for it!
