What do you like about our workout?

I love everything about the workout. Last summer/fall I went practically every day after work. I loved it and was in the best shape! Would it be possible to bring back the 8pm class!!? A few nights a week that's the only time I can make it from my job in midtown. It was such a convenient time for me and anyone else who attended after work and I wish you'd bring it back!

It's great to be able to keep up with your workout when traveling. I love that there is practically an OTF no matter where you go!

High-energy, the hour flies by, motivational instructors, the circuit switch makes it interesting, heart rate monitors are motivating and the rowing is so hard but so good.

What do you like about our workout?

What I like most about the workout is that it is a way to seriously push yourself in a very controlled environment, with a very qualified trainer monitoring you; no matter what your current fitness level is.

I've already turned several people onto OT. I love the workout. I specifically like the instructors at the Chelsea studio (but a few of my favorites recently left i.e. Cliff).

It's one hour and I don't have to think about it or plan to workout after to get a total body workout. It is a great 1 hour workout.
