Clear and diverse.
I love that I don’t have to think about anything! I’ve always loved working out, but never knew what I was doing and always wondered if I was doing it right. Now, I don’t have to worry! I can just show up and I have a coach and group of people to motivate me for my hour of me time.
The coaches, they take the time to know you, understand your goals and encourage you to be the best you. Also it’s one hour and I get all the strength and cardio I need for the day.
I love the workouts that switch between floor and treadmill throughout the entire class (6 min treads and then treads go to floor for 6 min and then back to treads, if that makes sense).. i also love sprinting

I love that there is a trainer pushing us to accomplish our goals, but also allowing us to self monitor. The heart rate monitor provides a visual challenge for the entire workout.

The environment was incredibly welcoming and the staff was saying hi to everyone! Loved the workout with Keith and his energy was fuego!
I loved how friendly everyone was! Everyone took the time to make me feel welcome and make sure I knew what to do. And the workout was so much fun! It was tough, but felt amazing!

The variety of exercises and great music
I like the variety of the exercises and the pace of the class. The instructor had so much energy! The music was energizing.

Syd at the front was helpful and welcomed me as well. The facility was clean and in a good easy location and I was able to start my brother's wedding day off right without missing a benchmark day!

Everyone was very friendly!!! The studio and equipment were clean, which is important to me! All the workouts at OTF are challenging and energetic!
The workouts are challenging yet not overwhelming. Even though the treadmill & rower exercises are pretty standard & do not have much variability available, they are always slightly different in their usage. The floor exercises are innumerable.

I love that I have direction and variety of exercise. I can tell my hour workout here is more beneficial than a 3 hour workout on my own.
I already encouraged my daughter to check it out and she will next week. I posted on Instagram after my first session. I enjoyed my first session with Vivien and Amanda answered all of my questions when I signed up. Amanda was very knowledgeable and kind. I hope this program will help me succeed in my fitness and weight loss goals.
