Energetic with engaged coaches like Melissa and Gina. Went to the one in mid-town Sac last week and this one is way better.
FYI, though, I almost quit completely after a string of partner/team-oriented workouts. I hate that. They seem to have backed off lately.
The coaches at this location are great.
Monitors out 2 classes in a row- for the amount of $$ the biz charges and brings in, there should be a much faster and effective solution

I like the way I feel when I am done. I do wish they had more strength training included.
It’s like having personal trainer. You work different muscles every time, and you never know what to expect. So it stays fresh and fun. Mix in great trainers and the cancellation policy (it gets my butt out of bed), and you have a combination for success.

Variety of exercises
Orange Theory provides a balanced work out all in one hour. Coaches are great especially Eugene and McKenzie. I enjoy both their classes.

I was only able to attend one workout, then medical issues prevented me from returning for a few months, but I liked the variety in workout and the instructor, McKenzie was very motivating.

FUN!
I love the layout of the studio but really loved how involved coach crystal is. She always takes the time to show me the correct ways to do the exercises, even after doing the demo flawlessly.
She is the reason I signed up for my membership and the reason I keep coming back. In fact she is the reason I would refer people to come.
