I love Orange Theory! Each workout is a variety of challenging exercises that work the whole body. The coaches at West Sahara are knowledgeable, caring and always enthusiastic about helping me reach my goals! The front desk staff is polite, professional and supportive as well! The facilities are immaculately clean and welcoming!

Coach Melissa is amazing, if your posture is bad , she would come and correct your posture and teach you how to do exercises, other coach’s are not doing that . We missed Mellissa ‘s class and always look forward to go to her class .
Everything! It’s a great full body workout that you don’t have to think up yourself. Coaches are great! And you can workout at your own intensity.

The coaches are so encouraging and helpful. I come for the workout and stay for the coaching team.
The variety. Also, the challenges help me to stay motivated and engaged. The coaches providing assistance and adjustments to my movements during the workouts is extremely helpful.

I love the energy that the coaches give! Some days I'm in a slump and they help hype me up. The sweat fest is the added bonus. Each workout is effective and challenging!
