Great trainer!
When I work out in a class like this, it is so much easier to get the results that I want! I have someone telling me exactly what to do and how long to do it, and I probably push myself more than I would if I was trying to do this on my own. I love the classes and always feel great When they’re over!
I love every thing about OT! Literally the best work out I’ve ever had. All the coaches are fantastic. My cardiologist.said to keep doing it because my heart is so strong and healthy. It’s a family to me as well. Made so many wonderful friends!!
Coaches are friendly, fun and inspirational! The music has a good beat but I’m sick of hip-hop. We need more dance or classics remixed. But rap and hip-hop I find aggravating.
The workouts are varied and new each day. It stays fresh, and it’s always hard work.
I’ve been coming for years. The staff and coaches are the best. Great energy!!
The structure is perfect and the use of cardio and strength training. I also like that i can go at my own pace.

The coaches
It incorporates a lot in 60 minutes. And although, we are all following the same workout I can modify it to my fitness level and physical needs and limits.

I like the front desk, staff and the coaches. I like the schedule, routine, getting my workouts there, getting in and getting out quickly. I like the cleanliness of the studio. I like the other members.

Head coach at the studio is the best ever. You can feel the energy, excitement and pride for what she does. Her team share the same enthusiasm! The studio is pristine and the music was great!

Variety; schedule is good and makes it fairly easy to find a class that’s a good time for me; trainers are great;
Music a bit too loud and sometime workouts aren’t very organized by HQ.
The teachers are engaging, the class is fast and never dull. Able to workout and not think too much 😊

I like that I am not crowded and have my own space. The pace is fast and fun. My hour work out flies by, and I feel so much better afterwards.
I really like that my workout is my own. I came from a different gym where while mods were always an “option,” there was always the underlying pressure to mod up, go heavier. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. The coaches at OTF push and encourage but recognize that not every workout is going to be a PR, nor should they be.
I love the organization of stations. As a coach at different gym without organized stations, it can get chaotic trying to check form, get to everyone etc. the organization at OTF provides everyone a space while enabling the coaches to more effectively do their job.
The workouts are great. By the end of the week my body feels spent and ready for a “rest day.”
The music is on point.
The coaches each have their own personality which comes across on the mic but doesn’t distract from the workout delivery. I love that! Too much rote recital makes the coach robotic and that’s not fun.

I love the variety of stations, tread, rower, floor and the ability to swap out to bike if needed. I love the coaches and their energy. I need a structured workout and am very happy with the variety of templates. I also really love the strength 50 classes. I used to supplement my workouts with another membership at a gym where i could do more lift work. Now i do not need that extra membership and can do all of my workouts at OTF. I just wish there were more strength 50 class options.

The people and the equipment. The science makes it all possible. I’m still reticent about the monitoring but I love the general experience to a point.

Atmosphere, cleanliness, instructors and varying exercise classes are top-notch! Best workouts ever!
