What do you like about our workout?

Its a very motivating environment and I like not knowing what to expect with each class.
I have not been able to drop my weight below 200 by working out at a regular gym in years.
Since I started orange theory I have lost 16 pounds
I also like getting my stats after each work out and being able to see my stats during the workout.
All around it is a perfectly designed system!

Great OTF location (I was visiting from OTF Fort Mill, SC) - coach Ben is wonderful... high energy and great tips in the weight room. Front area staff was so friendly and had my paperwork ready and waiting. I'll be back for sure.

I love that Orangetheory is inclusive! The workouts help anyone achieve their goals - whether it’s for weight loss or an additional supplement for competition training, OTF does a great job of catering to all levels of fitness.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it's a new workout everyday so you never get bored! I like having a coach tell you what to do so you don't have to go to the gym and try and figure out what you're going to do that day. The coaches bring great energy into the workout and like the fast pace!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the motivation from the coaches! You never know what the class is going to be like until you’re in it so it’s a fun surprise! Although you are against yourself when powering through those interval runs, it helps being in a group setting so I am more motivated to keep going. The monitors that help gauge your progress is also extremely helpful so i know how much harder i need to work to get in that orange zone. So great I recommend it to anyone at any fitness level.

What do you like about our workout?

Group setting is very motivating. I love that I can come to the gym, work out, and get out. No wasted time spent wandering around looking for the next exercise or waiting for a machine!!

The workout is great, but what I liked most was Janelle and Keith both knowing who I am when I walked in the door - 'Are you John from Denver? Welcome!' They made me feel like I was walking into my own regular OTF location.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the trainers. They are always upbeat and there to encourage you. I look forward to going and working out. I have not seen any change in my weight, but my clotted are fitting better. I can tell that I am getting more fit and tone. And overall o feel better.

The perfect 1 hour workout ever!
The staff is amazing and encouraging. The workouts are well organized and cover everything from cardio, weights and rowing. OTF Summerlin is everything you’d want in a gym/gym class!!!
