I had a great workout on Friday but want to complain about the instruction card. The type was soooo small I couldn’t read it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I don’t want to have to wear my glasses when I work out. Please use bigger type!!!!

The workouts are great! The coaches are amazing. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and great at building relationships.
I like how OT changes up the workouts and I never feel pressured to go any harder than I can. I had this happen at another high intensity training company and it resulted in me pulling a hamstring. Love everything about OT Ballantyne!
Coaches really push their classes to get the most out of the workout. Always leave feeling like you accomplished something.

It was a full body, circuit training. I like I was able to see my progress in the board, and monitor the heart rate.
I like that the workout changes daily. The variety makes the hour fly by. I love doing both cardio and strength training all at once. I do not like the partner days. Everyone has a different goal, getting with a super competitive partner is no fun!
I enjoyed the challenge of new things and different type of workout. I am still sore in places 2 days later that my regular workout does not do anymore. I enjoyed the coaches and their happy attitudes and we have fun with them.
Class setting. Coaches are motivating & have an infectious attitude to work hard. I like that each day is so different
