The work out plans are great! And well planned so that every time you go, it is different. The coaches are good at encouraging and pushing you. The equipment is in great shape and very clean. I would recommend it to everyone.

The floor part of the workout was challenging but we were provided with modifications and tips to better our form. Our coach monitored us closely. We enjoyed our experience at the Asheville studio and we wished we would have been in town to participate in the 90 minute cystic fibrosis fundraiser workout the Saturday after we visited. Hopefully our studio in McDonough will begin doing those type of workouts too to help others! From start to finish everyone was very helpful at the Asheville studio and we felt very welcomed.
