It was my first time doing an Orange Theory workout and it was great. I was visiting my sister in Charlotte, NC and she asked me to give it a try. I am an active runner (4 times a week around 3-4 miles a run) and I thought I was in great shape and this work out really challenged me while also being fun. I had seen Orange Theory workout places before but didn’t really know what the workout entailed. The instructor was amazing and I will definitely look to find an Orange Theory and join when I get back to Florida where I live.

Fun, and challenging.
I love the running challenge on the treadmill, warming up with base pace, and than go all out speed , for 30 -60 seconds, or incline running, building strength and endurance. I like to watch the immediate feetback on the screen, and also to hear the coach motivation for the last 15-20 seconds. I love all the encouragement and motivation to be able to keep strong while running.
The rowing is absolutely great, I know it works multiple muscle groups and I make sure I understand what is the goal of the workout and make sure I'll acommplish that goal, sometimes 15-20 strokes or other times 300 meters. ...The Weight Room is also a great workout, TRX exercises are my favorite, but the challenge is to make sure that I have a great form with every exercise, so that I can be more efficient, thinking about the targeted muscles, and one of my goals is to build muscle, to have stronger Arms and Upper Body. It's all such a great hour of my day.
