One thing that could be added is an image showing on the TV, an alternative move for those that can't perform a certain excercise for whatever reason.

Trainer was very informative, helpful, funny, constructive, encouraging. Checked in on me as it was my first OT workout ever, but didn’t single me out/make me feel self-conscious. No intimidation, just encouragement.

Class was great, studio was well maintained with the latest equipment. Trainer and front desk staff were all friendly and helpful.
Love the heart rate monitor and tracking capabilities, the variety of endurance, strength, power and ESP days.
