I love the motivation between everyone. No one is treated any less based on their athleticism. The trainer keeps everyone engaged and made a guest feel welcome.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s very challenging but can accommodate any fitness level. The coaches are so encouraging. I always leave there feeling better (and sweatier) than i came in!

my progress during the workout I went in for a free workout and didnt feel pressured to join Once i completed my first workout i was hooked I have been working out at another gym and was looking at adding a personal trainer to my program because i knew inwasnt getting the most out of my workouts With Orange Theory you get both in one unlimited classes= unlimited time with a trainer i could have a trainer for one hour of everyday just by taking a class a day

What do you like about our workout?

Variety. I love that everyday is different. I'm a runner and love that I can cross train with weights in your studio. When I first started I used little to no weights, but now I feel now comfortable and confident with my form and lifting heavier then I ever thought possible. Since joining, my running has improved immensely. I shaved 5 minutes off my 5k time and I'm on my way to running my first half in three weeks. OT has upped my fitness level, I've dropped over 25lbs and in the best shape of my life.

What do you like about our workout?

After playing competitive sports through highschool, I was convinced I would never find a workout that could compare to the intensity of college level sports. I spent years in the gym trying to replicate it on my own, and I saw very little results. I have now been at orangetheory for a little over 5 months and have lost 20 lbs and continue to see results. I love the intensity of the workout with the extra help from the coaches. I have yet to dread my workouts at orangetheory.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the workouts I get at Orangetheory because I feel I receive a balanced workout. With the cardio, weight training and rowing I am working all parts of my body and feel a difference once I am done. I have worked out pretty much all my life and was always struggling to find a balance and at Orangetheory I get just that in an hour. The instructors and staff at the Torrance Chapel location in Cornelius North Carolina are great. They are really interested in helping you get the most out of your workout. The club is also very clean and that is huge when many people are working out in the same space. As long as there is Orangetheory I do not feel the need to supplement with any other workout.

I was in Charlotte for work for a couple of days and decided to book a class since I was going to be missing two classes in my home studio. Coach Brandon was great and the woman working the counter was very welcoming. At the end of the workout (I was on the tread block last) the women on either side of me gave me a high five and were SO friendly. It’s amazing to see that even if I’m in a different 5:00am class several states away that those that go to OTF are a different breed and don’t care if you’re a complete stranger or someone they’ve been in every class with for six months... we’re in this together! I would recommend this studio to anyone.
