It is the best of everything. First and foremost, the coaches are fantastic. They are motivated, knowledgeable, highly trained and never satisfied! :D Meaning, they will keep pushing and challenging you while demanding better form. All the while, they are positive and encouraging. Have an injury or something that might restrict you, no problem, these trained professionals will give you options to work around it.
The facility is immaculate. The equipment is in fantastic shape. Its state of the art and easy to use. Great upbeat music too!
The 15-20 folks that workout with me and super friendly and encouraging. They are people of all shapes and sizes and ages (I'm 53). A mix of runners, joggers and walkers. Even some expectant mothers! They are all 100% friendly and encouraging, no gymtimidation going on here! They demonstrate everything each time and you have a cool video to watch as you exercise to keep you on track form-wise.
The workout themselves are always different by design. Normally its a combination of running/walking, rowing and light weights. The cost for what you are getting is very reasonable.
I love the fact its a scheduled one hour. You are in and you are out. All you have to do is show up. Even on my bad days, I just pushed myself to get in there and they took care of the rest. I am in this for the "long haul." Its so enjoyable and you are in a constant state of improvement. Some of the folks I train next to have been coming for 2-3 years. If you are even thinking about trying it, you already have your answer...like Nike...JUST DO IT! You will be glad and proud of yourself.
Absolutely everything! No thinking, just work out. Gym becomes like family with the coaches and staff!
