Workouts are structured in a way that allows everyone to follow the same plan but still have the room to push themselves as hard as they need. The workouts have also been varied in their exercises to where you're getting plenty of cardio and hitting plenty of muscle groups with the weight training parts. This is definitely where you want to be if you want to push yourself and get a great all body workout

Total body workout that’s challenging, in a fun environment, with great personable and motivating staff. I consistently always enjoy the workouts.
I think the group setting and instructions help me to complete a workout and actually feel like I’ll get results. I like the fact that the coaches make sure we have proper form so we don’t get injured.

It could be modified so I can actually do it.
The workout is individually paced even though the instructor has a program outlined. One never feels that they HAVE to keep up the programmed pace. The coach helps those who may need a modification of a certain floor exercise in order to build up to the actual exercise.

I like that it is very structured, first off. The workouts change, so there's always something different, yet I know I'll always hit the floor, rower and treads. The coaches provide feedback and guidance and are available for questions. I often have to utilize the exercise modifications, so I'm glad these are added in, too.
Overall, I just feel like an OTF workout pushes me but it is 100% doable for any fitness level.
What I love the most about the workouts is that they are always changing. Every day is something new. Regardless of where you are on your training journey the coaches always find ways to modify and push you to work harder. Also Caroline brings great energy to every class!
Joel is awesome. I’ve never done any formal training or fitness programs. I arrived last Wednesday morning for my first class and was actually very nervous and thought about even turning around and going home. I walked in and Joel was the first person I met. He immediately made me feel welcome, like we were old friends. He immediately put my mind at ease and has continued to make me feel welcome, showed knowledge and extended patience when I’ve continued to have the wrong form.
The workout itself is great because it is an hour but really pushes us to the limit in that hour. The exercises are different which keeps things interesting
What I love the most about OT is that no two workouts are the same and the coaches are super helpful with making sure you hold proper form and that you get the most out of your workout.
Being a non-fitness type person, I love that that the trainers tell me exactly what to do and also provide modifications to floor exercises for my fitness level and ability since I’m just starting out. I also love the real-time heart monitoring feedback- very motivating!
I just show up and do whet the trainers tell me to do, not having to plan a workout is great.

I am a runner. It’s the only exercise I like to do. Being able to run and then add in the rower and floor work to my workout allows me to work my entire body. I love the intervals, pushing, all out, and base pace. It just makes sense.
