Everytime I workout at Orange Theory, it is never the same workout which I love! Keeps me on my toes and gets me working harder & challenged everytime!

What do you like about our workout?

The variety of exercises, the instructors are great, focus on cleanliness and using wipes, the members are courteous in the class, the staff is attentive and have upbeat attitudes.

They are super intense - but somehow fun at the same time. Also this has been the workout routine that made me feel guilt if I don't attend.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that every class is different. I love the accountability the heart rate monitor gives me to not slack. I appreciate the front desk helping accommodate when I need to move my morning class to an afternoon class and how there are so many class time offerings that there is really never an excuse not to workout. Mostly, I love the combo of major cardio with strength training. I've been going for over a year for an average of 4 days a week and I've yet to get sick of it which says a lot for me!!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is very challenging however you can start at any level of fitness and progress. I love being able to get instant feedback as far as calories burned and heart rate. Lastly, being able to set goals for yourself on the Orangetheory app which also shows progress towards goals.

More than the workout itself, the employees and coachs know you and know how to best help you achieve your goals and the members become family.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety, ability to adjust if I have an injury and the fact that it is cardio and strength. The instructors are awesome and encouraging! It is a highlight to my day...even at 5:00 AM.

Love the energy that the room gives - instructor is excellent Music is good I just wish sometimes it was more fun sing-along music instead of the wrap stuff

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it is intense, efficient, l and I don't have to do a lot of thinking. If I just follow what the coaches tell me to do, I WILL get a great workout! I also like that the exercises and music change from day to day, and the coaches know me by name and offer encouragement and motivation.

What do you like about our workout?

From the minute you walk in to the studio the positive vibe hits you . The front desk faces of OTF are amazing & make you feel part of the family . As being a Cross Regional Guest that is very important to me . The energy that starts there carrys all the way to the Amazing Coachs that instruct the class of the day . Overall You need to try your 1st class here and you will not be disappointed. Thanks OTF University for making me feel part of the Family !!!!

What do you like about our workout?

Unlike a regular gym where it is easy to take a break during the workout and not do as much of a workout as hoped, OT keeps you working for the full hour. I lose weight and get stronger where I really struggled in the past.

What do you like about our workout?

The constant change of pace. The slowing down and speeding up really kept me from gassing out and helped me push myself the entire workout. Knowing the real-time zones helps me throttle my intensity which is very enjoyable.
