All the trainers and staff are very nice, very helpful, I lost 12 pounds in less than 3 month, I love to eat, I changed a little bit my eating habits but that is about it. I even went on vacation for two weeks and ate a lot, but I'm back and working out. I love this place ❤️
1. The coaches are amazing. Inspiring, encouraging and so excited to see every single person in the class.
2. I love the workouts. Different every day. Challenging. Not boring.

I keep waiting for my honeymoon period to end when I will get sick of OTF. Hasn't happened yet and it's been 9 months. :)

I'm seeing results even though I only go a couple of times a week. It's always something new and different so I never get bored and I feel challenged. I like that you can go at your own pace so it's up to you if you need to take it easy one day or really max out your effort on another day. I never feel like I'm the most out of shape person in the room but I'm also driven to try and match those who are working out harder than me.
love how I dont have to think about what to do next and I walk out with more calories burnt than I would ever burn on my own
My instructor, Jon, really made the biggest difference! He was very knowledgeable, motivating, and energetic without being overwhelming. I liked the class structure doing different interval training.

I loved how you track the workout and how different intensities are met throughout the entire workout. I also like the variability in the workout routine and the energy and encouragement of the trainers.
I like the constant support given not only by the trainer but the other individuals in my class. I wanted to quit 5-6 but they would'nt allow me. The up tempo music made me feel pumped and put me in the head space to accomplish my daily goal.
I love the high intensity, full body one hour workout. I love the science behind it. And the coaches are amazing.

Coaches first and foremost are fantastic. I love the music, the atmosphere, and that I can workout beside my friend and not feel like we are competing against each other. I am competing against myself, to be my best self. If you haven't tried OrangeTheory, I highly recommend you try the free first class. I tried so many types of gyms looking for my "right fit." OTF isn't just a gym, it's home. Push yourself to be your best!
I like the variations for my personal needs and limitations without feeling set aside. I love the energy and the visual monitoring of my effort to help me push to the end. I fell like I get more out of every workout at OTF and the staff is amazing.
