It was everything Sarah, the manager (who is awesome and was inspiring in our discussion), promised. 40 minutes in the orange and red was an intense burn, felt great after. Let’s see how tomorrow feels!

What do you like about our workout?

I attend both the South End and Ballantyne locations and both have great coaches and workout options. I especially like it when you mix it up with 3G and Tornados to keep things fresh.

Your Ballantyne location is also very light and large which is fantastic. The big windows and non-cramped feel make it more enjoyable than other locations.

However, one suggestion would be to add a lunch class on Fridays. Fridays are often slower at work (or people work from home) so you should see a nice crowd. Maybe test it?

Everything - great variety; great times, accessibility and flexibility via the app; and an overall great workout. Also very friendly and approachable staff.

What do you like about our workout?

Ana Marie is awesome! I am new and have only completed two classes so I appreciated her encouragement throughout the workout. I felt I could go at my pace, but Ana Marie provided options throughout to push myself. I like that I feel educated. For example this workout if you were going to sacrifice speed or elevation, sacrifice speed. I was able to complete all elevations and even though I sacreaficed speed I felt accomplished at the end and had a little juice for a good last push.

What do you like about our workout?

Quail Corners continues to impress me even after almost 3 years. The caliber of front desk staff and coaches has me singing Orangetheory's praises!! I've recently traveled for work and visited another studio. Again I was reminded how fortunate I am to have QC as my home studio!!! Thank you all for making it such an amazing experience every time I walk through the door!!!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the mix of cardio and weights... length of class and timing options are great. The staff and coaches are all very good. I would like to see some form of organization going into the studio... treadmill cards, sign up sheet, etc. I have seen all of these at other studios.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of exercises and the different types of days (power,strength,endurance,etc). When the energy is right in the studio, it makes you want to do better and do more than you think you’re capable of. We’re all still waiting on the new coaches to come out of their shells. Ezra is obviously a studio favorite and we really need more coaches that have his level of energy and motivation.
