What do you like about our workout?

I liked the smallness of the classes and it has just enough energy for me... I am just starting my journey to good health, but looking forward to getting on a rountine schedule for my needs. Your team leader is great at watching you progress to help get you on point and push into getting results!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that no matter how fit I get, the workouts remain extremely challenging! I also really enjoy competing against myself when I'm in a class.

It is very challenging but you are able to modify it to your specific fitness level. The instructors are great and very modivating.

I liked the fact that you are doing a group workout while keeping your own pace. It's extremely challenging and it's a complete body workout.

I like that the workout is a mix of different exercises and intensity, it works for all fitness levels. The class is high energy, great music, and helpful instructors.

Energetic coaches, combination of cardio and strength. I feel like a rock star every time I'm finished.

You're constantly moving and you're not doing the same thing during the entire 1 hour class.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the OTF floor variety/weight work. Thats great and unique. I wish there were more cardio options though than just the treads and rowers. I especially like the lighting at this location (Arboretum). Its more flattering and to me encouraging when seeing myself in the mirrors doing weight work. The University location I also go to needs to match your lighting!

What do you like about our workout?

There is no other workout like Orangetheory! It's a full body workout and you get results fast!!!! It is truly something I look forward to!
