What do you like about our workout?

It’s well suited for people of all fitness levels. I like how you mix the workouts up so they never get boring. It’s chalkenging but the coaches help you a lot to make improvements and see PRs. They’ve given me tips to avoid injury and pushed me when I thought I could t push further (but ultimately did). The coaches and staff are really the biggest reason I keep coming. They’re fantastic and so dedicated to making OTF Ft Mill the great place it is.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workout is longer than what I’m used to, and challenging! The coaches are inspiring and motivational, and really push me to work harder.

It changes up my regular routine. I love the smaller environment for the workout. And the workout is challenging and seems to change each time.

It was consistent with the other gyms I’ve been too. Jon was so motivating and his instruction was precise.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF is honestly the first workout that I can truly say that I really like. I love the energy, I love the workouts, I love the people. I also really like being challenged to step outside of my comfort zone - whether that’s by increasing the speed on the treadmill, starting on the rower instead of the treadmill or inbtroducing myself to the person next to me. It’s a whole person experience that has me thinking about my overall health differently.

I like to be able to monitor results on the screen, work at your own pace, and get encouragement from the instructor.
