Coaches and staff are very friendly! Studio is big and spacious. Great visit for me.

I enjoyed the how clean the facility was and the group atmosphere which pushed me to do better. Melissa was awesome with helping me for my my first visit and touching base with me during the workout.

- Rotating to different stations made the class fly by. I was never bored or wanting the class to end.
- Music & instructor provided great energy.
- Entire staff was extremely helpful. For a newbie, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere is key, and OTF-South End nailed it.
- I got an amazing workout and felt great for the entire day.

What do you like about our workout?

Upbeat classes with a great variety of movements and great mix of running, rowing and weights. Awesome instructors who are very motivational and keep the workouts fun. Very polite and helpful front desk staff.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I didn't have to think about how to spend my hour at the gym. The thinking is done for me.

What do you like about our workout?

Structured workout but different every time. I've also used heart rate based workouts for many years so was really comfortable and happy with the theory behind orange theory!
