High intensity, personal training, the workout variety
Amazing staff/owners who fill the room with positive energy! LOVE how the trainers help us with correct form to reduce injuries. LOVE the data on the screen and the app. I'm a numbers girl so I love to see my data so I can plan out my nutrition for the day.
It's organized and intense for an hour workout.
The front desk staff, the trainers, and the overall workout. I like the amount of time spent on the treadmill, the intensity of the workout and the fact that in addition to an hour class there is a 45 min express

It's intense, effective and more than anything I appreciate the motivation and leadership of the coaches. Frank is one of my favorites, as well as Haley and Sara.
Frank helps you strategize during your workout. Sara really critiques you on form. I'm so proud of Haley because she's done so well since she started. She's a great coach. She's so enthusiastic and keeps you motivated during your workout.

Great workout and I feel accomplished. I love the group atmosphere and it keeps me accountable.
The best thing is you have a coach and its a group workout. There is so much energy in the room that even if you feel exhausted or tired you wont give up, when you see people around you is giving there best you actually feel motivated to push harder. All the coaches are amazing they are so energetic and there constant motivation will help you to try a little harder everyday.

Great workout! This was my first OTF class and I loved it. Good variety of exercises and pace. I'll definitely do it again.

Interval training at my own pace. Encourages me to push myself w/o killing myself! Great!
I thought it was very challenging but didn't "hurt" me like some of the crossfit ones do. I enjoyed the partner aspect.

I joined OT early September. I love this workout. Each workout is different, never the same. It is the most energetic and motivating workout class I have ever taken. The trainers are fantastic. Great music! The best part, your body will see results fast.
