I think the question should be what don’t I like about the workout. The answer would be NOTHING! I especially love the cardio/strength training combo we get with every workout. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and always have a smile on their face. They are great at encouraging you to do your best and are always there if you have questions.
My favorite part of my day, every day, is my workout at Orangetheory.
I like having different workouts everyday.
I like that the trainers are watching and helping me, making sure I perform the exercises correctly and giving options to to make the exercises doable for me. I also like that the exercises change, it's hard, but you can get through it. The hour goes by incredibly fast.

trainer that ran our class was very easy to understand and consistent with her communications to everyone. she also helped with proper technique on weight and body weight exercises.
Random workouts
In a way I liked that it was super fast paced because I was able to push myself harder. I’ve been sore the last two days. I feel great and am looking forward to my next class!
I love how well structured it is and and how there's a lot of variety! Whenever I would go to a gym without any coaches, I would do the same several exercises regularly, partially out of comfort and habit, but also out of not always knowing the best way to push myself. OTF helps push me out of that comfort zone and helps explore different exercises I would never have thought about!

Always challenging and new. Endurance classes always pushes me harder and I discover that I can perform a better run time than I'm used to performing on my own.

Community environment
Steve the trainer was great he helped me when I needed it and pushed me when I needed it. Class is different and not boring. Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful.

Great variation
I love the tough workout that pushes me. It’s great to just show up and not have to plan my workout.
I know that it will always be a great workout. I don’t get board because it’s always different! There hasn’t been a time where I haven’t felt completely spent after I’ve left and that’s what I’m looking for!
The variety
I love how challenging it is! It has been the best motivator for me. I love how I feel after a workout, because I know I truly pushed myself.
Mix of activities, cardio has multiple options.
The variety of treadmill, rower and weights are everything I need in a workout in just an hour. Also the heart rate monitor drives me to maintain myself in the orange zone! Love the workout!!

Everything! You get fantastic results in a team environment, and can push it as hard as you want! One of the best workouts I’ve ever gotten (and I was a college football player).
