What do you like about our workout?

I feel I've gained from having consistent exercise that pushes me beyond what I would do on my own and presents varied programs each time.
I also enjoy the instructors and feel the schedules offer me the flexibility to choose whatever day or time I need as long as it's available and not full.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout can be for anybody, at any fitness level! The instructors take the time to find what works for you while also encouraging you to push yourself which is hard for most of us to do at the gym on our own. Each workout is unique, engaging, and never boring. I love knowing that I can show up and leave the thinking to someone else. More than anything, I love the incorporation of heart rate levels as it is scientific proof if you are working hard enough to get in the best health.

They are challenging yet doable. I like the changes in the workouts as there is never a repeat! The atmosphere is positive and makes you always want to come back!

What do you like about our workout?

It is a motivating, somewhat intense, and quick workout that targets all of my problem areas. I have learned that it isn't necessary to go ALL out ALL of the time to have a successful workout and see results. Love the coaches and their genuine excitement with helping me achieve my goals!!

Love the way it keeps you busy with workout without letting your brain to tell yourself to five up 😊 i can no where burn 500 calories workout at home or in gym by myself, but you can easily burn this many calories in class.

It’s a great workout and always challenging. I feel it in my body the next day or two. The coaches are excellent, especially Amber, who has called to see how I am doing and if I have any questions, I respect that. I look forward to each of my sessions.

What do you like about our workout?

I’m a 56 yr old new to the fitness world . After 10 classes I can’t wait for the next....(I was scared to death to do this ) . The coaches are awesome , very supportive and made me feel comfortable. I’m looking forward to what the future holds . Thanks Orange Theory you rock !!!

What do you like about our workout?

Great blend of cardio and strengthening, always different so never boring, great staff and always challenging, stats to track my progress, clean facility with nice amenities, scheduling to keep me accountable without excuses, incentive programs, and it’s the first gym/workout to give my hubby and me a place to work out together with direction and purpose! OT has it all!

I would never attempt some of the intervals and training that are part of the class but when a coach comes up to my tread and gives me a speech on why I can do this I actually try and am always amazed at what my body can actually do.

Being in a large group gives you anonymity, but yet you know you’re all there just to make your health better and that is very motivating.
