I love that it is data based! It’s a great one hour workout and I love that the workouts change from day to day! The coaches are amazing and make the classes so much fun. The cocoa he’s are great and motivating. I love the class times. I’m a person that needs a scheduled time to go or else I’d never work out. After being at orange theory for over a year and a half I’ve definitely become stronger and healthier
I love the OTF workouts because it gives you great balance between cardio, strength and endurance. You never know what the workout will be and it always challenges you physically and mentally! Also, all fitness levels can achieve results because everyone works at their own pace. Best hour of my day!
It’s very intense and you burn a lot of calories. The instructors are great and really challenge you to do more.

I have been at OTF Birmingham since June of 2015. Best decision I ever made was joining. The coaches are great. Work outs continue to be great. Studio is very clean. With COVID the studio has made all members feel safe. I do wish though that the studio would go back to asking where we want to start and allow for request as long as tread, rower or floor option open. I know other studios do this.
With a busy schedule, I love that at the beginning of the week I can schedule a few one hour appointments to better myself. I know an orange theory workouts though it will be challenging I will always have the coaches support!
Amazing staff and facility and workout!
Every session is uniquely challenging and engaging, with enough surprises thrown in to keep things interesting. I like that there's flexibility built in to work at the pace you are able. Coaches are motivating and positive, offering support and personal assistance when needed, while letting each person set the amount of challenge they are comfortable with. I like the mental aspect of the workout as well -- the only competition is with yourself, there is no pressure from anyone else, so it's up to you how much benefit you get out of it.
It's not just a workout. It's an experience.
The workouts are geared towards weight loss. The Trainer's are experienced and energetic.
The coaches are always pushing you and guiding you to do your best.

My only piece of feedback would be to include one or two sets of 15, 20, and 25 lb weight options on the weight rack. Depending on the workout, sometimes 25 is too heavy but 15 is too light if I'm on an odd station. Other times I'll have a 20 lb set and could go up to 25 on an even station.
The motivation to improve. The upbeat music. The variety of the workouts.
I like when a coach pays attention to me while I am working out and comes up to me to show me how to better do it.

Encouraging and perceptive coaches, challenging enough to feel a sense of achievement, but not so challenging that it the workout is discouraging. Best fitness program I have ever joined

Everything! My biggest motivation is the energy and support from COACH AMBER in TROY, MI. She is a gem! I really have to be motivated to work out and knowing she is coaching my class with her energy and enthusiasm, I just go! The Orange Theory in Troy, MI and their incredible coaches have changed my life🧡
The pace. The coaches enthusiasm and attention to the form of each member when doing any activity (tread, row and floor). Their positive attitude is always great and it’s nice to leave knowing I got an outstanding workout with awesome people. I love Orange Theory Royal Oak and can’t wait to get back at it when this is all over with (COVID-19).
