I am new to fitness in general and in the past- trainers have been a bit intimidating for me. At Orange Theory, every experience that I have had with each trainer has been amazing. They have been super helpful, kind, supportive and never made me feel like I didn't fit in. The music is awesome. The people at the front desk have also been unreal with helping me navigate the gyms and explaining everything. The facilities are super clean and inviting. I love the fast pace and the screens projecting numbers. Overall, awesome people and a great experience.
Hera is a great coach! I like the variety on the weight floor. There’s truly a sense of community at this studio.

The workouts are full body workout aim at strengthening upper, lower body and core.
Always different. Able to adjust to all skills levels and accommodate injuries. Coaches are encouraging.

It is different everyday. The coaches bring so much energy and it helps motivate me to get not only the workout done, but also to lift heavier and run faster!
Fred is an excellent and inspirational coach! The workout was goal oriented. I really pushed myself - especially at the treadmill and rower.
Tracking heart rate, calories burned and after burn points. Switching up exercises makes the hour go by quickly.
