What do you like about our workout?

I thought that the atmosphere was very energetic and fun for all age groups and fitness levels. It allows you to push yourself to a certain limit so that you know what you need to stride for the next session. Overall I felt it was very fun and the staff was very nice and fun. Great workout.

I am in the best shape I have been in, since I quit gymnastics! And three years after having my son and weighing over 200 lbs when I gave birth, I am finally comfortable with my body again!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety within each workout and between each workout. It keeps it from getting boring. I also like the mix of cardio and strength. It feels like a really good, well rounded workout.

What do you like about our workout?

It was challenging! I can see how it can become addictive. The best part is that you work against yourself to achieve goals and you are barely conscious of what others are doing. The board demonstrating the floor exercises was especially helpful, as were the "tiles" that track your heart rate.
