What do you like about our workout?

I work for Orangetheory Fitness Shelby Twp and this is the best workout I've ever done. I leave feeling more energized and it kicks my butt every time, but that's how I know I'm working hard. I tell everybody to get their butts in here and at least try it because I know they'll love it if they do. 100% effective, accurate, and mind boggling.

Directed with the motuvation of the group. Yet still individualized. Great workout. Loved it.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the combination of floor exercises and cardio. I also like the fact I can go at my own pace without feeling intimidated. However, the coaches also motivate you to try to do more. It's a great workout!

Not knowing what to expect, the entire process was clearly explained. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and fun to work with. While the workout was strenuous, it went very quickly and encouragement was plentiful.

What do you like about our workout?

Great environment, encouraging coaches and community! Everyday being different keeps you motivated and help keeps you fit, rather than focusing on the same areas daily. I also love how I feel after working out! It's always an accomplishment of my day when I make it through 60 minutes.
