Love the different HITT workouts & how each session I can challenge myself to achieve more splat points and/or burn more calories. It's the only workout programs I've been able to stick with for more than a year. My husband loves it too ... It's great to do it together!
I like that it's an appointment I have to keep. I like the rotations and that anyone really can do the workouts. I like that there is a coach that keeps pushing you.
Fantastic full body workout in an hour. The variety of excersises makes it fun and challenging. No day is the same. My new addiction!
Instructors are great and you are always moving. What I don't like is that you get to rely on the "splat points" and take pride in getting them and then after six months, you barely register in the orange zone any more.
OTF Is the most effective and efficient 55 minute workout class ever!
It's a great combo of strength and cardio rolled into one sweaty workout and I feel complete after each. I don't feel I need to do another half hour or hour like I used to going to a standard
Gym with weights and cardio machines. It's intense and works!

I love that it keeps you engaged, it moves quickly, you feel like it's attainable and you can make it as hard as you need for your personal fitness and goals. The people are amazing (both staff and attendees alike!)
The workout is fast-paced and varied. It's always challenging, but never impossible. And it's actually quite fun. I love all the different combinations the crew puts together to keep it interesting and unpredictable. And speaking of the crew, at my gym on South Main in Ann Arbor, the crew makes the entire experience very special. The personal attention one gets, the warm greetings, and the encouragement to push past your self-imposed boundaries -- all of it is sincere and keeps you coming back. Plus, sometimes the 80s/90s music they play reminds me of when I was young and skinny, so it puts me in that headspace and gets me moving "back" toward the good old days! Love it.
I love the variety. I found that while I was going to the gym regularly I was just doing the same routine over and over again. Your workout changed all of that.
