I love everything about OTF Swampscott. Three pieces of feedback:
1) Replace plastic or rubber guards on 20 & 25 lb weights. Those are very sharp edges!
2) Add tablets to rowers. I've been to other studios with these tablets, and they make that portion of the workout so much more motivating during the class and being able to view those stats in the app post-workout. This updated technology would benefit every member.
3) Add a water bottle filler.

A new workout every day. Encouraging instructors. Full body workout. At your own pace/weights.
All the permutations. Never ending variety and interest. Challenges help push me. Coaches watching and advising on form.
I like the efficiency of structured one hour classes that provide aerobic activity and weights .

Everyone at OT are welcoming and there for one purpose. It was intimidating at first but I felt better as I realize it serves many different fitness levels and ages. I feel the time well spent there.
Always different (or mostly different now that we repeat each workout twice a month). Coaches are posting and motivating. I love OTF and have dropped 10 lbs with consistent 4 x week workouts over past year.
Friendly staff, it’s well organized, equipments work well, and the most importantly they make you sweat
Personalized, intense (in a good way), very welcoming for a new person, down to a personalized sign made for my first day.
I love the mix of cardio & strength training. The coaches are phenomenal and it’s a very inclusive environment.
I love going to Orange Theory. The workouts are always different and are constantly challenge me.

I feel challenged at every class to do my best and to try things I haven't tried before. Sometimes, I get going and wonder, "When will we get to the end?" But then, at the end, I'm thinking, "I can't believe I did that!" The coaches are very encouraging and help to guide us through some tough routines and workouts. I know that there are things I've conquered, and there are always more things to conquer coming up.

Everything! It's challenging and different everyday. Wish we still had 3G on a regular basis though.
