The encouragement from coaches and the variety! Every day is different.
You get results. The workouts are for different parts of the body. We have Lyft classes that just target strength and it’s a no brainer. A qualified personal trainer makes sure you are working out correctly while coaching you through the workout. Very little to think about. You truly workout for 55 minutes as opposed to going to the gym and being easy on yourself.
The coaches and staff are awesome. The templates are great. Just show up, and give it your all. No need to plan in advance.
OTF Swampscott is a fantastic studio, with awesome staff. The coaches are so motivating and the SA’s so helpful and welcoming. I’ve been a member for 4+ years and hope to continue for many more!!!!

It has been about a year now that I joined the OT Bay Back Studios- it had impacted my life and physical condition- I would highly recommend the studios and staff- it is the best hour of my day.
I couldn’t imagine life without my OTF morning routine-the staff the coaches and the commodore is the best!!! I have never felt better and it truly is the only way to start your day!
I love everything about OTF. The workouts are intense and I always leave feeling like I have had a great workout. The coaches are all so wonderful too. It's a great community/environment and I can't say enough good things about OTF.

It’s always challenging but fun. After playing sports my whole life I struggled to find a workout routine I could stick to until finding orange theory!

I love how the coaches will do anything and everything they can to make the workout accessible/personable for each and every person. The coaches will go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable - all while making sure your form is correct / isn’t going to hurt you in the long run.
It was challenging and rewarding, but most importantly the whole team was so welcoming! Really made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Thank you!!

The workout is a great mix of cardio and strength with clear instructions and always entertaining. The coaches walk through every exercise. While I've never had a complaint about other studios, Quincy has some of the friendliest coaches and studio staff.
I see my progress day in and out. The coaches are always motivating and pushing me to keep going. Steve and Zeph are always welcoming right when you come in the door and their excitement is contagious so you get in the zone. I've been telling so many friends about OTF since I joined and 4 of my friends have joined in their own town. It's been great!
I do wished that they emphasized the nutrition aspect of things and the in-body scan (had no idea it was even there as no one ever mentioned other than that one challenge I did). I've been going for to OTF for over a year and felt like I had to figure those out on my own when I realized that I gained rather than lose weight.

I like being able to show up, and have a program created that I just need to follow, with help and encouragement from the coaches.
It’s an amazing work out- different every time - cardio and strength training. Fun and friendly environment. Amazing coaches - positive, engaging, knowledgeable, supportive snd encouraging. I started OTF five years ago and have not turned back.
That it is planned and I do not have to think. I prefer the 2G, even less to think about, also I appreciate the longer intervals. The routines are never repetitive.
The gym is well kept and everyone is helpful.
The instructors correct your posture, before you hurt yourself. There are options. This is very important to me.
Initially I thought it would be unsuitable for my age, but this approach works for any age, and there are many age groups. Everyone is friendly yet comfortable being able to challenge themselves at their level. Sure if you don't work quite as hard as you should one week, no one will nag you, but you know and even though you are not in competition, you are aware of everyone trying to encourage themselves and thus everyone else.
the coaches are amazingly motivating! the workouts are challenging but also fun! it's an hour of "me time" - and I love the variety - be it strength, power, endurance. the workouts offer a variety that keeps me engaged and prove results.
