Kendra was a high energy coach and made the workout clear and fun.
I would check the incline on the treadmills. Many appear to be at a descent just at glance. I was on treadmill 8 at 6% while my neighbor was at 2% and our treadmills were level with each other.
Clean Studio, Joe was helpful at the front, and I loved working out with Coach Amanda!
Huge fan of how every workout can be modified for physical limitation or concern yet at the same time challenging to the fittest of members. Non-judgmental space. I appreciate someone else (sometimes feels like my own personal staff, thank you for that!) making sure I get the best well-rounded workout in 1 hr even on an "off" day.

What I like most about OTF North Andover are the people who work there. Employees welcome you by name when you come in the door, instructors are personable and fun and make the workouts enjoyable. I have made some great friendships at OTF NA! What I like most about the workout is although it is hard, I feel great when I am done. I love the challenge and pushing myself.
i like the variety that we get from workout to workout; i'm always out of breath after, so i know it was hard work, and that gets confirmed when i can feel the soreness over the next couple of days; the equipment is always getting upgraded; the coaches are energetic and knowledgeable; the music is high energy; the members are really nice...
The team at Walpole is friendly and professional. They make it feel like home! The coaches push you in positive ways and the studio is always a clean and fun place to be. We love this location. This was the perfect place to start our fitness journey with Orangetheory.

I like how it's a different workout every single time and it makes me work hard. I like the motivating, knowledgable coaches and how they are open and responsive to questions!
I love the professionalism and focus on form and technique of our coaches. I go to a few other OTFs when I have to and it seems the other studios are very focused on motivation and "getting hype". My feeling is I'm already there - and if I wanted to do something like soul cycle I would do that instead.. PLEASE never change Concord OTF!!!

Ellen and Tom are great. And the folks at the front desk (especially Lindsay) are really welcoming. I don't like working out, but they help make it somewhat enjoyable.

OTF has been the best fitness regime I’ve ever done. It is different everyday so you can’t get bored and it incorporates cardio and weight training in one hour! I’ve lost weight, built muscles, improved cardiovascular endurance and made many new friends. I recommend OTF Swampscott to anyone who asks me about how I “look so good”!
I was visiting the studio from out of town. The Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The studio was clean and well run. I would highly recommend.
I like that you are constantly pushing yourself throughout the hour, and you can see how you're actually performing since you're being tracked. It's motivating!
