OT westford has some of the best coaches around. The motivation takes you all the way through your workout. I love not having to think about what I'm going to work on when I walk through the door. The templates are never exactly the same so you always get to workout a little bit different each day. I have tried many gyms and personal trainers...I have never stuck with something this long ever in my life when it comes to exercise. I highly recommend to anyone like me that used to walk into the gym when I felt like it and look around wondering what I was going to work on for the day!

The best place going. The care that the staff and management take for every individual is beyond what would be expected, especially during today’s circumstances. The cleaning and safety procedures taken make OTF Medway one of, if not the, cleanest and safest place I’ve been over the past year. You owe it to yourself to give it a try!

I cannot think of a thing I dislike, each station is high intensity but for a doable amount of time. The coaches are interactive and will modify challenging pieces!

Different every time, really like the variety of muscle exercises and on the treadmill, which I dread, it's broken up into small doable increments....
