I like being able to see my splat points, and calories burned
I enjoy the 60 minutes because there is a start and end time. Also, I love the variety and that the workouts change so I do not get bored. I also like that the coaches offer modifications for orthopedic issues or injuries. The accountability is important to me in that, I have it in my calendar and It helps me stay committed.

The coaches at OTF are incredibly motivating! I have never been a morning person and these coaches have been a catalyst to change that for me where now I enjoy going in on mornings before work. Paul, Tanya, Kaleb, and Steph have been so encouraging and supportive (e.g., making recommendations for subbing work outs with other exercises for days where my knees are not feeling up to par) that I feel pushed to do my best in every class and am starting to see the hard work pay off. My parents own a fitness studio out west so I know how important the community is and OTF Danvers doesn't disappoint. Y'all rule.
