What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety of the workouts and the motivating coaches. I especially loved today’s 12pm class with Coach Jim! It would be great if he was a regular coach at the Assembly Row location. It was one of the best workouts I’ve had during my time at Orangetheory!

What do you like about our workout?

The instructor is super motivating and personable. The routine workouts are doable and flexible enough to cater to every person’s fitness level and comfort. Orange theory reminds me of being on a sports team again — you push yourself with a team of people. Love it!!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it’s something different every day. The trainers have been so great making modifications to accommodate my right leg (on which I’ve had five surgeries). I’m sometimes the most out-of-shape person in class, but I never feel less than any of the other members. It’s truly the most welcoming group of people!

LOVE orange theory!! I have finally found something that I enjoy. I was so worried about it being too hard. I was welcomed as if I have been going for years. I have been recommending it to everyone I know!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout itself is all encompassing for strength and cardio, focusing on targeted areas or muscle groups What sets the studio apart is the great coaches and staff. They know how to push you and get the most out of each workout and can even get you out of your comfort zone. I know personally, I have pushed myself harder than I thought was possible and have got a little better at each exercise as weeks have passed. This is a testament to the wonderful trainers and studio atmosphere. Every one of the participants being in the workout together helps motivate and drive success on a group and individual level. The coaches take the time to go over each workout on the floor and even provide some personal coaching if necessary, which is great for me as I am fairly new to a lot of the techniques. Overall I am very pleased to call OTF my new workout home and couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work!!

What do you like about our workout?

I look forward to my exercise time and love that the routines continually change. The sessions are intense. I enjoy the mix between strength training and cardio. In addition, the coaches and staff are awesome! I would encourage everyone interested in exercising to at least give it a try!
