I like the fact that I never do the same routine Jen is awesome not just leading the class but also adjusting individually if needed.
It is goal oriented, and goals are set for every 7/8 minutes in your workout session..which pushes your body, however the short term nature of it makes them achievable and motivates you to try your best no matter how good/bad physical abilities you come with.
I love not knowing what’s happening when I walk in. Whatever it is, I just have to do it!

Challenges me to be my best and not quit
Generally the music is great. The coaches are attentive and usually good about offering alternative exercises if needed. The programming is repetitive enough to measure progress, but different enough to keep you engaged.
Orange Theory workouts are well rounded to work your whole body and to both tone and strengthen, while giving great cardio benefits. They are high energy to keep you motivated and enjoying yourself.

Lizz, Shannon, Albert, Tyler, Rhiannon and everyone else are so wonderful and welcoming! Every coach is encouraging and enthusiastic and is truly committed to helping you find success at whatever fitness level you're at and all in a judgement free-zone. I have been going for about two months now after having been away from the gym for years. I highly recommend the Sudbury studio!

I love how supportive the community is at Orange Theory. I go between the Danvers, MA and Hamden, CT studios and have had great experiences at them both. I joined OTF to lose weight and to improve both my physical and mental health. As I approach my 100th class, I feel so much stronger and have lost almost 30 pounds. I have definitely become "addicted" to going and even have to force myself to take rest days as needed.
Different everyday and keeps you moving
I love the variety every day! It is such a great way to challenge yourself and see how much you are improving. Also coach Jules is the best and makes every workout fun :)
