Nachos class kept me engaged and out of my hand. I was focused on the instructions he was giving and trying my best. I never felt like I wanted to quit except when on the treadmill. My heart monitor didn’t track for 21 minutes out of the class which was a bummer.

Great combination of cardio and toning!! Can work at my own pace but appreciate all of the motivation that the coaches give!
The coaches are amazing! The community feeling at Medway is wonderful and everyone motivates each other. I love the overall workout and how much progress I have made in just a few months of joining. I would recommend Orange Theory especially the Medway location to anyone!
The variety, the coaches especially coach Nacho and Coach Brandon. I love the treadmill work out but not a fan of inclines. I like the weight and floor work outs. I like the fellow OTF members. The are very friendly and respectful. I like the location it is very close to where I live.
Everything esp that it combines cardio and weight bearing, both of which are important for me especially to avoid the issues of aging (osteoporosis etc).
I do object to otf's age groupings, though! I will be 75 soon and would like to have the older ages broken down a little more, not all clumped together! (As a secondary issue, doing that makes it seem that otf is really for people under 50. I don't personally experience that at all but I think it contributes to a certain image that could limit your marketing.). But aside from that I think of is great and recommend it frequently.
