The workout is fantastic. It kicks my butt! Once you complete it, you feel amazing and so accomplished. I love that you are able to see the results right there as well. See the emoting of calories you burn, and where your heart rate is at really shows how hard you are working towards your goals. Maddie is also such a great coach. She really helps motivate you and acknowledges your hard work which helps you push through each time!

Orange theory in Walpole is the best! Every single coach is friendly, encouraging, and approachable. The ownership and management teams are also super nice and accommodating. The workouts themselves are completely addicting. I know that all I have to do is show up, and their program has me covered. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to OTF Walpole.
The encouragement from the coaches and variations for exercises. I like being able to go at my own pace depending on how my body feels that day. I am not very successful exercising alone and OT classes helps me achieve a lot more.

I love how the workouts change each time so it never gets boring. I'm super competitive with myself, so I love the motivation of making sure I am working hard enough. The music is great and moves you along and the coaches are very approachable and fun to work with. I'm so glad I found this!

I love everything about Orangetheory Kingston. The front desk is friendly, the coaches are full of energy and fun, the music and environment motivating and the workouts are always worth the 60 minutes- always. Sarah, the owner, is visible and welcoming. I feel like a better person each time I walk out the front doors post workout. I have never regretted a minute spent in the studio and the members are supportive and friendly which is just a bonus. OTF is slightly addicting but it is by far my best vice.
