I love not knowing what to expect when I show up for class and the changing formats. I love not having to think about creating my own workout. The coaches are amazing and motivating and I always leave feeling energized and grateful for such a great workout!

Coaches are great, all the staff is super friendly and helpful. For example, they knew that I was a treadmill guy but a bike or a strider guy after my first visit and make sure I’m in the right spot. Just very considerate and welcoming
The coaches are very motivating and engaging which helps you stay on track . I also like the fact that the coaches offer modifications and make corrections to form during class time .
I love the group aspect of the classes, that I'm not working out alone. I like the variety of workouts and the coaching too.

I have been at Orange Theory for a little over a year now (Since March '21) and the results have been fantastic. While I was a little apprehensive at first, as this was my first real workout class that I have ever attended, in any form, the studio manager Maura and coach Marina made the first day picture perfect. They were extremely welcoming as I entered the studio and the coach proceeded to show me the equipment and lay of the land. After about 15 minutes and a few forms later I was ready to start my journey. As I have never ran since high school, not to mention not even knowing the intricate nature of rowing or what a dead lift was, I have to say the first class was amazing. I never felt overwhelmed or not prepared and that is directly attributed to the staff at Orange Theory. From day one the coaching has been fantastic all the way around! It happened to be a mile benchmark day, which at the time I had no idea what that meant. Now of course benchmark days are marked on my calendar and must do classes. I started not knowing if I could even run a 1/4 mile, let alone a full mile but after my first class my confidence already started to build that I could push myself outside of my comfort zone and strive for more than I ever thought within a fitness program. I finished that first mile and have not looked back since and have only got stronger, more confident and and have achieved a higher level of overall fitness I never thought achievable. Over the year we have had different coaches, different templates and different members but the one constant is the level of excellence everyone brings each day. No matter where you are in your fitness goals, just starting out, getting back into things after a small hiatus or wanting to improve your overall health (as was my goal) this is the place to be! Cheers to Orange Theory and to more years of fitness improvement!!!

The intensity of workout is just right for me. I also really like the flexibility of scheduling classes. Sometimes I have time in the afternoon sometimes I have a time in the morning and it changes every week for me so I don’t need to commit for a fixed schedule.
The community is great, along with the coaches!
