While I'm excited each day that I don't know what kind of workout I'll get, I know that it will be intense and leave me feeling exhausted. Which is exactly what I'm looking for!
I tried Orangetheory Quincy for the first time and I fell in love! I work out regularly but never like this. The run/row segment was a good way to change up the cardio I'm used to. I liked how this class incorporated weight exercise as well. The heart rate monitor was a good motivator and kept me going as a got tired. Meg is an awesome trainer and I will definitely be going back!
It is a challenging and fun workout. It flew by and before I knew it - I had burned 1000 calories!
I love the work outs and all of the coaches. And Jenna at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. The only complaint is you have to turn on the AC higher. Sometimes it's a swamp in there. Especially during the last morning sessions of the day, since people from previous sessions have heated up the room and made it "muggy". But besides that, wonderful customer service and awesome workouts!
I know I'm going to get a good work out when I go to a class. I like the variety of times and the size of the workout space in addition to the motivating trainers.
I like going at my own pace.
It's much more intense than anything I could do by myself or in a class at a typical health club. It really works out my entire body and pushes me.
Variety and intensity. It pushes me more then any other workout
Love the visual feedback with the television. Also very unique workout compared to other fitness studios
Pushes you. Makes me do things I wouldn't do by just going to the gym. Great coaches.
I love that my mom and I can work out at the same time, in the same space, with the same instructor, and both be doing different things while hitting our own personal bests.
Hi energy and motivating!
Efficient. 80% as good as my prior trainers for 25% of the cost. I have kids and need to maximize my workout time. Done!
Everything. I like how motivating the coaches how. The front desk staff is always friendly and knowledgable if I have questions. I'be quit OTF a couple times due to the timing of classes and prices but I always end up resigning up because it's the best workout I've ever had and I enjoy showing up for the classes.
Everything. That it wasn't just strictly cardio but you were able to work out different parts of your body.
It was to my own fitness level and I was encouraged to push myself
-Feedback from coaches on form
-Coaches make all the decisions and show you how to do it
-the workout is differentiated for ability, yet challenging for all.
Great work out. Unfortunately, my email was entered by a staff member incorrectly into the system thus I never received my work out summary.
