Absolutely everything. The trainers, the workout, the music, and the staff at the front are all amazing. I've never ever stuck to a gym/workout routine like I have at OTF Hingham. It's the best feeling leaving a class.

The equipment was great, the facility clean, the trainer and front staff were energetic & professional. I loved the music, and love the instant feedback of the heart rate, plus the constant changing of activities is perfect for my "exercise ADHD". I'll definitely be back again!

So motivating! I loved the music, the instructor, and the three different areas to workout and really focus and push. I usually hate running on the treadmill but even this part of the workout was great because it kept changing. Watching your info on the screen is definitely another added bonus.
Kate explained each workout and transition in great detail which made it easier for me to push myself because I was prepared.
The weightlifting was key as well because I was able to get a full body workout.

Best hour of my day! Chelsea kept me motivated and pushing through! A must for anyone who wants the most full body impact in an hour (that flys by!).
