What do you like about our workout?

I absolutely love the workout and how the exercise builds my cardio and muscular strength. The only thing I think the studio needs to work on is the computer system. The system shuts down every class that I have been too.

The pace it moves at, the different challenges it presents each day, the uniqueness of each workout, the ability to track and monitor progress throughout the workout via the heart rate monitor, the coaches, and especially the results!

Variety and challenge. One suggestion- put a shade over the windows. Sun is blinding in the morning. I have to do TRX rows with my eyes closed.

Workout was intense and fun. Leann was friendly, and very helpful in getting me situated. Facility was nice, modern, and clean. Coach Tracie was amazing. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a workout that will push you to your limits.
