Get a lot in in an hour
The thing I like most is how relaxed the environment is. OK, that's not true! I also really like the instructors, the people working out next to me and of course the workout itself. It ain't easy! I've only attended twice (I just signed up) and can't wait to go back. You leave the gym feeling like you've really done something good for your body. Thank you, OTF!
I really liked the pace of the workout. The hour flew by. i also like that you can't allow yourself to "dog it" because you are getting constant feedback.
It's challenging and it keeps me motivated! I also like that it is adaptable to different fitness levels- I'm super out of shape, so I'm looking forward to improving my strength and losing weight at OT!

It is different every time I go and I find it very motivating that we are all working out together as a team. I have seen great results in the three months I have been a member!
