It’s just the right amount of tough and the music they play whi,e working out is phenominal. Great coaches too! I don’t know what I would be doing without Orange theory.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I can scale it up and back, adjust to my fitness goals. I like that it is a mix of cardio and weights.

They make me push harder and accomplish more than I ever thought I was capable of. I love the challenge. I also love the encouragement from the coaches and how personal they get. They seem to always know when I need that extra push and call me on it.

Variety; the trainers push you but are also cognizant that everyone is at a different fitness level; I push myself much more at OT than if I were exercising on my own; I don't feel self conscious because there isn't time to worry about what is going around you and what everyone else is doing ; love it
