Everything! I love the flex treadmills, the rowing is such a great full body workout, and the coaching during is great.
I liked the energy from the trainer and the other people in the class. I like how it can also be modified to my fitness level. I like how the room is kinda darker and i loved the music!
That it is very interactive and how engaged in the class that the coach and other members are.
I liked having the Coach there to help guide me, as needed. I also liked the constant feedback that the heart monitor gave me. Lastly, the intensity of the entire workout, and the encouragement to give my all, was just what I needed.

It's very challenging (which I needed and wanted). The classes are efficient--in and out and on with my day--the coaches and fellow members are very friendly-no judgment-just come ready to do your very best.
Everything I need in a workout and nothing I don't-I don't need a juice bar, time to hang out and talk myself out of the effort. The coaches do a great job of guiding me when I need to make an adjustment (at 61, not everything works like it did at 25).
In 12 weeks, I am fitter and happier than I have been in years. Highly recommend.
They’ve totally changed my life! Not only am I happier, more fit and and more confident, but I have become a part of a community that I so love being a part of. Seriously can’t recommend it enough. If there was a brand ambassador program I’d be the first to sign up.
The music, the camaraderie, the fact that you don’t have to wait for machines, the orderliness of it, the real time feedback with the heart rate monitor, the coaches giving advice and motivation, the brand new equipment, the showers, the water, the swag. However, i think you should give away more free stuff to reward people who do come and work out on a regular basis for their loyalty. Like a water bottle after your first 500 splat points and a towel after your first 1000 and T-shirt at 2000. Have multiple winners for the transformation challenge or tiered prizes for body fat % lost. Have more happy hours or opportunities for camaraderie. Oh and have a pool and sauna and steam room.

Intense and fun!!
You never do the same workout twice so you never get burnt out. All of the coaches and staff are so friendly. You get a personal and friendly experience all while getting a serious workout!
I recommend this gym to all my clients! (Hairdresser) there’s a lot that I like about it, but if I HAD to pick a favorite, it would be the fact that if I got myself through the door of a gym, that didn’t mean my workout was going to be amazing. At OTF, as long as I walk through that door, I know I’m going to have a stellar workout, most times one that pushes me harder than I would ever push myself. Thank you.
