The intensity and the ability to track my progress. I also like that I am the one who pushes myself the most with some cheering on from the coach.
30 minutes of High Intensity Training and 30 minutes of weight training, absolutely the best combination! A single trainer guides the class, calling out the pace for the HIT, and watching for correct posture on the weight floor. The only person who pushes you is yourself. The studios are state of the art, with a heart rate monitor and screens to follow your rate, if you want. The members are all focused on being the best they can leading to a very positive environment. The front end staff is very positive and helpful.
I liked how it is a group fitness class however it is very personalized to you and your activity level. It is nice because it pushes you when you would not normally push yourself and you end up with a great workout!

I have a very busy lifestyle, so I appreciate that I’m able to count on when it will start and when it will finish. I’m also a member at Anytime Fitness and my rhythm is constantly broken because of people texting, or taking selfies, while sitting on equipment that I want to use. The workout, itself, is challenging and creates a sense of accomplishment, at 5AM, that carries throughout my day.

The instructor was very hands on and taking the time to educate you. I am a former college athlete and I thought the class was very well done. I felt as if I was back in college doing circuit training again.
I love the atmosphere, the coaches, the desk staff, all of it. Orangetheory has been one of the best things I have done in the last year. It's a very welcoming environment to someone who once was super uncomfortable at the gym. I love going to OTF!
