I love love love the coaches and the encouragement!! I love seeing myself improve and get better as I stick with the workouts, too. I have gotten much more in terms of results and confidence than I imagined possible!

This is the first program I haven’t gotten bored with — there’s something new literally every day — and the workouts “grow” with you. You can always make it harder as your fitness improves. The coaches and desk staff are the best, always friendly, helpful, and encouraging. And, of course, the results! I’m feeling better know than I have in years and know OTF is a driving force behind that.
I love that every single workout is challenging but doable. The atmosphere is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and I always leave feeling better than when I showed up.
The coaches are so energetic and encouraging! I like the ease of not having to worry about anything — all I need to do is show up. And I really like feeling stronger and happier every day, which I truly feel OTF has had a strong part of.

Coaches and the challenge
Jennifer was very informative and fun to work with. My sister in law l, Casie DeLessio brought us in during our recent visit to Louisville.
It pushes me to work harder to get to my goal. And after ,I just feel better the rest of the day! The guy at the front desk was very nice as well.
I love the group setting! The coaches give off such amazing, positive energy that keeps you encouraged and coming back for more!!!! I love the variation from day to day! We may be utilizing the same equipment but it always feels fresh & targets different fitness aspects each class! The coaches are fantastic & are super supportive, always providing feedback & perfecting our forms! The whole atmosphere at OTF is one of community where everyone is there for each other & shares each persons success stories. Love my OTF family! ❤️

The coaches (they’re always so encouraging), the variety provided during each workout, the intensity of the workouts, the music. I also like that there is always a way to challenge myself to improve.

Also, I love OT because: the people are great (both coaches and fellow members). The workouts are fun, fast-paced, and hard AF, without being too hard (usually). I always look forward to going to class
This week was my first two workouts with Orange theory. I was very impressed with everything.
One hour to push yourself for intense workout. Great coaches and positive environment!
I love how every class is different, the environment, how the coaches push you. They all have great personalities and push me to a point that I would never have pushed myself. I plan to always do Orange Theory!!!
The trainer is encouraging and motivating the entire class. The trainer also approaches you if you are doing something incorrectly and provides feedback.
