What do you like about our workout?

I like that it's structured and well organized. This is the first gym I have ever joined. The workouts can be intense, but I'm really enjoying them.

What do you like about our workout?

The classes are fun and engaging. The coaches really push everyone together, but are flexible enough to customize the workout to each individual as needed. The energy is always so motivating. I wouldn't have been able to be as active as I am now or achieve the personal goals I've achieved without OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the coaches, the interval method, the variety of the program and individual blocks. I'm impressed by the friendly professional staff. They are always ready to help. I like that the program includes treadmills, rowing, and weight floor. There is never a dull moment.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the trainers guiding me through the work out. I've been doing this for about three months and really like all of the trainers at the Lexington store quite a bit. Slater, Bryan, Brooke and Casey are all trainers I go out of my way to schedule. They each have their own personality, but are positive and keep the workouts focused and moving. The trainers know my name and correct me if I am doing an exercise incorrectly, but always seem to notice if I have bumped the intensity. Of seems silly, but when the trainers say your babe it does boost your motivation and effort.
The way the workouts are structured make the hour pass very quickly.
I also enjoy the way I can see my heart rate as the workout progresses. It is a strong visual that motivates me to push myself. The end of workout report is great to see calories and splat points.

What do you like about our workout?

A good mixture of everything! Something different every class and they're great with modifying exercises if there are any injury issues. Plus Mike is the best! Great energy every class and always makes me happy I came even if it is 7pm at night after a long work day.
