It's efficient. Challenging and burns a lot of calories
i like doing the intervals on the treadmill but would like it more if some classes have more floor excercises with weights and less cardio.

I like the variety of the workouts and the "family" atmosphere. The trainers and staff are all fantastic. I also like that I am in and out in an hour. The workouts are already outlined and I just have to follow instructions. I don't have to think about what exercise to do next.
I was very skeptical about monitoring my heart rate in a group fitness setting! Wow, was I wrong. OTF is a fantastic, super efficient workout AND a supportive, fun community. I am so glad that I joined and I will sing OTF's praises to friends and colleagues.
Great variety of exercises, immediate feedback with heart rate monitors to adjust intensity and strong coaching. This is a very efficient way to spend an hour.
