What do you like about our workout?

I like that every workout is different , you never know what you are going to get when you walk through the doors !! Its always a good workout whether it's Endurance, Strength, Power or my favorite ESP day !!!!!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the encouraging, ever changing, and electric atmosphere OTF provides. I know when I walk in that I am going to be welcomed in like family and be pushed to reach my highest potential.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the overall accepting atmosphere where you are encouraged to do your very best, but not pressured to compete with others in the class. I like the variety of exercises as well. It makes the workout go by faster.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how it is a structured workout. I need someone telling me what to do when to do and just push me. I also love when the trainers notice how well each person is doing. There are 24 people in the class, but a good trainer will notice when individuals are pushing more than they normally do. There is a difference when a trainer says "you all rocked this class" vs them calling you out when you are really rocking the class.

Monitoring heart rate and calorie burn on the screen throughout class, rotating from treadmill to row machine to weight floor, atmosphere and culture

I liked the variety and high intensity of the workout. I liked the constant change of pace which made the workout go by faster.

I do wish that the floor exercises included some upper body strength training work though.

Overall, a great class though.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts at OTF are great! They're different everyday, that keeps it interesting! The coaches are fantastic, they learn your name, your fitness level, and they coach to that! A huge plus is that the folks that attend OTF classes are like one big family. It's truly the best place for folks that have struggled with fitness...the family atmosphere, the scheduled classes, and all the support you receive! It ROCKS!

What do you like about our workout?

I like changing up the cardio and weights a little more often than 30 minutes. If you could do a 45 minute class at lunch instead of an hour, that might be great....and have a little more time to get in a good workout, and shower.

What do you like about our workout?

The support and encouragement from the coaches as well as other class members. When I feel like I cannot continue, my coaches have often taken a rower (or stood beside me on the treadmill) and encouraged me every step of the way!!!

I love my Orange Theory!!
