It's planned in advance so I don't have to think about what I'm going to do next. Also you can maximize your workout to what works best for you. Love the staff too!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it's lead by a trainer and keeps you moving the entire hour. The trainers are upbeat and knowledable and the classes are so fun! For someone who always went to the gym, but didn't feel like I really accomplished much, this was the way to go because it is lead by someone else and I can just do what they tell me rather than trying to figure on my own what exercises to do. I've lost 51 pounds since signing up in July and I feel great!

What do you like about our workout?

I absolutely loved the idea and execution of the class and our instructor was phenomenal, thorough and motivating in every sense of the word. The greeter was also kind, inviting and super jovial. The building and equipment was very nice, clean and streamlined.

I have two negatives that would prevent me from being a regular participant...

1. The price. You get what you pay for but it doesn't have to be that expensive. I pay $50.00 a month for unlimited gym equipment, instructor led yoga, spin, barre, piyo, aerobics, boot camp, zumba, water aerobics- plus two pools, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, showers, etc. in a nice sports club.

2. Though written by experts and monitored by a trained professional, in my opinion, doing weights rapidly can easily bring about injury. The cardio section on the treadmill & rower along with some portions of the strengthening section was awesome. A side note: I think burpees in a quick fashion even with the best intention of proper form is an injury waiting to happen as it's not nurturing to one's lower back.

I had fun! If the price was $10.00 a drop-in class I'd probably come 4 times a month aside from my regular gym membership.

It's scheduled so I know I'll go, it's different every time, it's full body with cardio and strength training, and it's fun!

I like OTF because you get a total body workout in a quick 60 minutes. The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable. There is a variety of class times to fit all schedules.

Love Orange theory because I really don't like "working out" and if left on my own I won't do it. The OT environment makes it hard to cheat on yourself. They tell you exactly what to do and you just Do It, then get on with your day. Done.

What do you like about our workout?

As someone who HATES working out, running and all around physical activity, this is a great place. They push you, support you, and encourage you to do your best. It's all about breaking through your own barrier and being the best that YOU can be, not match what everyone else is doing. The trainers are fun, and knowledgeable and the class is challenging and rewarding. I tell everyone that they need to give it a try!
