It’s challenging and with regular instruction, helps keep me moving. I usually go to Jess’s class and she keeps you moving. However, you can still go at your own pace. She is very Encouraging and motivating. She is knowledgeable in giving you alternatives and correct positions.
I love the set 60-minute time frame of each workout, the intensity of the workout, and the ease of scheduling training for consistent spacing of workouts.
I’m not a huge fan of the gym or working out in general, but I understand it’s purpose. OTF takes the guess work out of my gym time and gives me a pre-planned intense workout without spending all day in the gym😊

I like how the coach is engaged, pushing everyone to dig deep. I like the group workouts and it kinda feels like we are competing yet on the same team. Lol
Tracking progress on screens is the best part
I liked that I could see my progress on the board and "compete" with others. I liked know if I was working hard enough or being a slacker. I liked the variety of exercises and I liked that it was better than going to a gym alone and making up your own workout yet you could go at you're own pace. I thought the studio was super clean and I liked the positive vibes that I got. It is a bit expensive in my opinion.
