Love that it is time efficient...maximum calorie burn in one hour. It is always different and challenging. Love Kelly! She is highly motivating and gives individual feedback.
My primary coaches are Matt and Ben. Both are awesome and definitely want to see everyone succeed.
I’ve also taken classes with Haley and Allie and they have also been great. The staff greeting you each day always bring the energy. Keep up the great work, OTF SJ team!!! You all work great together.

Lot packed into a short time frame. Adaptable for all age groups and fittness levels.
Everything we do is challenging and I feel like It pushes me harder to overcome these challenges. Every workout is different and fun in its own way. Having people giving it there all and a trainer to help really pushes you to give 200% every workout and I’m always dropping in sweat when I leave. Overall great experience and would Recommend anyone to talk the first free class to see what it’s all about.
One of my favorite things about an OTF workout is that you can get your cardio and strength training done in one class. The coaches are AMAZING and really care about your journey. OTF has given me a love for health and fitness I didn’t know I had! ❤️
Love Orange Theory and the coaches! They make sure you get a good workout and give plenty of accommodations if you have any orthopedic issues.
I am so addicted! It's the perfect combination of challenging workouts, internal motivation with the monitors and external motivation with the great coaches (I mostly deals w Leslie, Stephon and Caroline). I love these workouts!
That it’s never the same. The coaches are knowledgeable and very motivating. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. The workouts are very challenging but doable for any fitness level.
The best thing about the workouts is that no single one is similar. The coaches are amazing and motivate you all the time.. if you want options with certain workouts they do give you that especially if you are injured. You can see the results within few workouts. It has helped me a lot build stamina and get in shape. They keep on changing the classes by keeping partner workouts and milestone workouts.. they really push you to do your best. I feel guilty if I miss my workouts. I am glad I found OtFand I love being a part of the OTF family. It’s a great place.
I feel challenged each week. I am a former athlete, that is no longer in the condition I used to be. The coaches at OTF Windermere know how to push and encourage me to go past what I thought I could. I was really nervous to get back in the gym after several years away, but the coaches here made me feel like I belong here and that I can do it!
Super intense workouts and I always feel great walking out. I’m only on week 2 of joining and I’m already starting to feel confident in myself again.
