Fun, fast paced, self motivating, good energy all around!
I like that we keep moving from treads to weight to row. I also like that I'm pushed to do things that I never would have thought that I could do. I feel like I've gotten stronger in the 2 months I've been coming. It's hard for me but I really enjoy it.

The workouts are intense and fun. It's not the same thing everyday so I don't get tired of coming.

It's challenging with enough change up between the weight room, treds and rowers that it makes it anything but routine. Best of all, the trainers are what make the class as they each bring their personality, energy and motivation as well as their great music sets. Like to think Jacksonville - Ortega has some of the best Trainers in Janeen, Ginny, Joe and Parker!!! They bring their "A" game every morning at 5:15AM!!!

Sometimes the sound volume is too high, but it's the best way to spend 55 minutes.
I love the trainers. They make each and every Last name removed exciting and fun. They push you in a positive way and are always there to encourage you. The workouts are always different but equally challenging.
Very efficient. I love that there is cardio and strength- I have never been consistent with including strength training in my workouts.
I love having the training coach push me. I like that there's a variety of exercises. I haven't done the same exercise twice yet.
