Heart rate monitor, switching every 15 minutes and instructor
The workouts are always fun and I know I am getting an excellent workout. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need, and they are ALWAYS in good spirits. I am happy I joined there and would recommend it to anyone:)
No thinking or wasting time wondering what to do next- the workout is ready for you, there is encouragement, guidance and good music! Plus you know you're getting a great workout. The heart rate monitor is a great way to push yourself to strive for more and challenge yourself. And the people are awesome, my favorite is Caroline!!!!

Location, music, concept
I enjoy the workouts fine...but I mostly like the camaraderie and friendliness of the staff.
I love the Orange Theory workout format! it is always different, which keeps me motivated. And it is easy to see your progress with so many metrics you can track over time.
The trainer keeping you motivated! It's a tough workout, but I feel on top of the world when I'm done! The group setting coupled with the individuality (provided by heart rate monitor) makes this the best workout ever!
