I like having a coach that shows me what to do and corrects me when I'm doing it wrong.

I like the 1 hour - make it count - work out. It is efficient, I push myself but I also like the "personal trainer" feeling that has someone looking on to make sure I'm getting the most out of my workout and that my form and function are preventing possible injuries. I have found that I am getting stronger, have better endurance and more flexibility. Most importantly I feel great and have a desire to eat better and make my workouts count.
I like the motivation and involvement from the coach. The options of different ways to do the workout if you are not physically able to do the one that's assigned. And I love the atmosphere of the whole gym!
Always challenging! Even though I am not a runner...I still get a great workout with walking on the treadmill.

The trainers make the difference to be honest! Some of them are not as energetic and dont push you the way others do .... reason why I feel more committed with certain coaches. I do like the variety of exercises you have and I love that you always have new activities or challenges that help to keep us motivated.

O.T gives me an hour to "not think", it's a wonderful mix of cardio and strength training.
The instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging - the atmosphere fun!! Exercise is an excellent stress reliever!! So, I thank you for restoring not only my body but my mind!!
The workout was serious. I burned 1340 calories. Kicked my butt. Definitely will produce results in time.
