The intensity, aiming to get my heart rate in certain zones to make me work harder, the variety, even though we use the same equipment - I never get bored.
love the nonstop cardio, with a group of people. the employees and instructors are nice, helpful, and give you positive feedback.
Coaches are motivating and helpful. Each workout is different and pushes me more than I would on my own. Heart rate and calorie tracking help me achieve my goals. Love the variety and intensity that is based on how you feel so it's a personalized workout each time!

Orange Theory workouts are always awesome! What made my visit to OTF Altamonte Springs was the warm welcome I received from staff and the awesome energy and fantastic music that Allison exudes. I've been to a dozen studios, Allison puts Altamonte Springs at the top of my list.
I like that it varies from day to day. I love the trainers and their commitment to each of us. Most importantly, it's family.

I like the equipment but the key was the trainer. That is what would make me come back. She was great and made you feel like yoou are welcome and can do it!
