I love the workouts, the location rotations, the HIIT style, the encouragement from the coaches, the friendliness of the staff, everything! It's so satisfying to be working towards a goal in every class, to earn splat points, and to set personal benchmarks to beat. For me, it also distracts me from my ultimate goal (losing weight) in a positive way. The scale can become discouraging, but OTF gives me additional standards to measure success - increased endurance, distances on the treadmill, etc. - which in turn encourages me to stick with it and power through those hard workouts.
I like that it pushes me with seeing what zone I am in and push myself for the orange zone.
I love this studio's energy so much. You all are so lovely and I look forward to coming in every time! I only wish the price was more in line with other cities, especially while we're not traveling to other studios. It costs me $168 for 8 classes when that could get me unlimited most other places.
The coaches are really friendly and the workouts are challenging, but great! Each day the workouts are different. I have felt totally safe sense going back. Everyone is masked and there are plenty of sanitation materials.

I love OT West End. Having spent my whole life as an athlete, I had always thought I was subjected to the best kind of workouts and was always diversifying my routine playing multiple sports. However, when introduced to OT by my roommate in 2020 amidst a pandemic that had kept my options for fitness limited was life-changing & so different from what I was used too! Not only is the atmosphere uplifting and supportive, the coaches and fellow athletes keep you accountable and working hard. Finding a workout that I can attend everyday that pushes me in ways similarly and differently from how I had been pushed from playing sports is great for my physical and mental health. The environment and energy emulated from staff members, coaches and fellow OTF members is one of the main reasons I get up and go. Will always recommend OT to everyone. Woo claps.

Variety of exercises.
I like the music and instructor and no pressure that your not doing as ‘well’ as the person next to you. The anonymity being there.

I like the variety in the workouts and the coaches are super friendly and supportive. I am working in getting back in shape and the modifications to some of the floor exercises really helps me still achieve a great workout.
