I like interval workouts overall and I like that I get a different workout every time I go to OTF.
Instructors are good at motivating me and I appreciated the countdowns on the treadmill. Surprisingly like seeing my name on the screen, it pushes me to go further.

I love the pace and varied intensity of the workouts. Competing against myself for personal records always give me something to work towards. I love my coach, particularly Coach Mo. His attitude, attention to detail, corrective feedback, music and warm inviting personality are qualities of a grade A coach.
It's invigorating and fun. I like the concept of tracking heart rate during a workout. The staff and coaches are great. I appreciate their effort to learn our names. I love Coach Tim's energy and motivation during a workout.

I like that it's different each class, and that your coach motivates you with positive words. The class sizes being as small as they are help you to really focus and feel like you're a part of a team.
I like the way the class is divided into the groups and moving around instead of one place whole time. I also like seeing my performance level on the screen and the email afterwards.
The trainers are great. You get a really good workout. I never get bored because every class is different and we change exercises within class a lot.
That it involves cardio and strength training and focuses on building my endurance as a runner.
