The workouts are fun, fast-paced and beneficial! I also really appreciate the coaches at MV OTF. They are high-energy, knowledgeable and encouraging.

What do you like about our workout?

This is the best OT I've been to. The studio and equipment were great, but the teacher was tops. I don't get this level of personalized attention at the Denver studio, but I acknowledge that the classes are much bigger there so that's not feasible. This studio is fantastic.

What do you like about our workout?

It starts with the coaches, you guys have great coaches, especially Ash & Moe! They bring out the best in me, which in turn brings out the results I want to see. They motivate and push you beyond the mental limits you set for yourself. I walk in every class wanting to make not only myself proud, but the coach. In terms of the workout itself, I've tried many other gyms and programs and this is the one that has stuck. I look forward to every class, because I know even if it is a power day, its going to be different than last weeks power day. The variety in the workouts keeps it interesting and prevents fatigue. Lastly, Ash and Moe have the best playlists!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout itself is completely unique and covers everything you can accomplish in an hour. However, the session is only worth the price with the right coach delivering the training. Coach Ashley would score 1000% and is worth five times the price of admission.

What do you like about our workout?

It's effective, fun and highly varied. I don't get bored, and I love knowing I'm working in the orange zone. I really love it. I do wish there was more form corrections from the coach.

Very much enjoyed working out with coach Ashley. She made the challenging strentgh hour fun. Being a visitor she made me feel very welcome. No doubt in my mind that she receives glowing comments from others. It is obvious how much she enjoys working at OT. Her passion motivates. A great asset to the OT team.

What do you like about our workout?

Quick pace, challenging workout.

Sid, just to give you some honest feedback. While I realize turnover is one of the biggest challenges in this industry, it has affected the community feel of OTF. Some of the newer/part time trainers don't have the same energy and excitement and it changes the feel of the workout. Quite frankly there are about 6 of us "unlimited" people who are questioning downgrading and/or looking elsewhere because of this.

The place definitely misses the outgoing personalities of people like Brittany and Danielle.

With that said, Inez, Mo and Ashley continue to be standout trainers and I still love the workouts.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the workout. I felt like my legs were going to fall off...in a good way! Such a great workout and experience!

What do you like about our workout?

It works evey part of your body, you don't have to think about it, it's a fun environment, level of intensity can change as you get stronger and it's all over in an hour. Also- great people who work there and go there.

That it is a full body workout that is different every time. Everyone is so friendly, knows us by name and I LOVE the coaches.
