I really like the variation of what we do; rowing machines, treadmill and floor exercises. There are intermittent pushes, so I don't get bored. The music is cool and energetic. The coaches are good and into it. And I just like the feeling of a group activity, like being on teams in high school and college. That can drag you along to keep going even when you're not feeling great...

I just had a baby, so was looking for something that pushes me but also let's me go at my own pace. Orange Theory is perfect for that! Have loved everyone at the Fairfield location, they have been so kind & helpful!
From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I felt welcomed. The staff was cheerful, professional and thorough. My nerves were getting the best of me, but that staff took that away and was very attentive to being me being a newcomer to the facility. You become “in your zone” pumped with adrenaline and great music!
I like the challenging, guided classes. The coaches are very open to helping you make the best of your workout.
It’s been a few years since I have been at orange theory. Due to life and I had my workout last night. It kicked my butt and I loved it. I burned 568 calories and I feel amazing. I can not wait for Friday's class!!!! You guys are amazing.
