Very effective 1hour class that easily fits in my busy schedule. Also, I don't have to wirry about what I'm going to do once there - all i have to do is show up and work out. Easy and convenient. Lastly, the ability to access gyms when I travel is great.

I have been a member since 2017. This is the only gym that I have consistently used for this long. The workouts are challenging and help you to work to improve physical strength and endurance. The workouts are well planned and not repeated. This gym is my happy place.
I like the workout format, my coaches, and the fact that's it's always different and I just need to do what I'm told.
Love the coaches and the energy of the studio- keeps me motivated to push through the tough work outs!

The high intensity interval training concept is amazing way to ensure you get a full body workout in 60 minutes. All workouts are designed in a manner that everyone can use their own strength and ability to do the exercises in a manner best suited for them. OTF Glastonbury staff and coaches are amazing as well.

I like the fact that the classes are run by a coach and planned for me so I don’t need to think. The exercises on floor are demonstrated and shown on screen as a reminder. I love the heart monitor because it helps me to know when to push myself . Also, I love it when suggestions are given by the Coach which is helpful to improving form.
Most of all I love how everyone is friendly and it has become a community. Our Danbury EAST OTF has the BEST manager and staff! ❤️👏
Variety of the workout, coaches who push you, friendly and welcoming front desk staff.
What I don't like? Lack of member communication (newsletters, emails, social media posts -- not everyone uses Instagram). Consistency in coaches.
The workout at Orangetheory is great . The coaches are helpful . My go to favorite is Coach heidi . She keeps me motivated even when i don't have it in me . The workout is great that there are different aspects to help with all parts of me . Love the support that heidi gives ,always at that monument when you think your done , her voice comes over the mic and she says just the right thing to make it happen and to do more .
